very interesting indeed , guy clearly states p/e = 1 .
Ade wait for the other 2 Gov contracts to come through....then tell us we were all wrong ;)
The wording of the RNS 'Phase 1' that was £400 Million for that part alone....believe they said the other two phases could be far larger!
Bless! But thanks for your concern!
Big hold from me! :) and if I had more funds available right now I would BUY BUY BUY!
Or HIV. A huge effort was made to find a vaccine. In the end we rely on anti virals and condoms. Covid has masks and testing so far with limited anti viral success. Mab may come to the rescue as a medicine but certainly would not hold out for a vaccine, highly unlikely IMO
Agree Shawn, 10 months now and all the great scientist in the world haven't come up with a vaccine yet.
some selling ,likely some of day traders who might have bought in low this morning
Ade1234 ,please keep posting .like how share price this moving upwards .
Maybe it should be Aid1234,
No-one has ever become poor by giving.
Keep up the good work, I'm getting richer by the minute.
No worries guys I’m here to help.
Thanks Ade, you are a diamond. Every time you post the price goes north :)
i remember you were very concerned about us some months ago too!
You're a sweetheart Ade!
It’s only my opinion I’m just concerned about people who have just come in at such a high price.
Just green box him /her think it’s been 3 months since that one went in the box
looking at trades are shorters getting more worried ,smaller sells showing ,will shorters lose more money at ncyt .
Whenever Ade1234 turns up to talk NCYT down, you know it will go the other way.
Carry on Ade!
*thumbs up emoji*
The same as the SARS vaccine? absolutely no chance there will be a covid vaccine this year , quite likely there will never be a vaccine.
Oh dear another person who has no idea what is going on ! The Vaccine has yet to be trial by Open Orphan under a contract with our Governmebt the trial will not start till next year, you have find volunteers to carry out such a test and then after a few months if the vaccine trial is a success then it will go for Government approval. Very simplistic I know.
derampwers if they see some sells after their posts unlikely to be due to any of posts ,buyers or sellers unlikely to buy or sell because of a reading post .
some can try and deramp as much as they like , people who have researched quite often find derampers posts amusing .
I would agree with the mega M-cap if this was going to gone on for ever but the vaccine will finish this by the end of this year early next year.
Then they will Be giving tests away to get rid of them.
Hi ShaunP
I was not suggesting £34 likely, even Numis don't but I was responding to a line saying shares might go back down to £3/4 now and has reached their limit at £9/10. I simply disagree and most evidence you and many other posters have uncovered would I think back up the Numis guide of £13+ is potentially more realistic in short term than a fall back to £3/4. With reference to the share price fluctuations we are approaching break even for the day after a bit more profit taking, which I have also done a little of last week. Just bought back more this morning as my sale was due to being caught with a stop loss and believing the balance of probability favours a further rise before Christmas rather than a consolidated fall.
I agree with you Shaun but as time passes the road ahead should become more and more visible.
Here's how I try to look at it: If we were generating these profits indefinitely into the future, well, even as a modest estimate the share price would be £100-£150 (£7-£10b mcap). Either increased business, signs that testing will be needed at this level for longer or smart acquisitions will have the effect of building confidence and investor support. As you say we are in a fast moving environment and slowly those unknowns will become knowns...
I'm trying to ignore short term noise and look at this from a long term perspective and so my target is something like £40 in two-three years from now.
I think he was sort of factoring in this year and next. Don't forget this year is a short one as we only started selling in February and took many months from there to hit full stride...
I have us down for about £300m profit in 2020 and yes about £600m next year...
Very interesting that Max the Editor of Novacyt insider saying P/E is 1. I believe that updates us on earnings information that we do not yet know. Market cap currently £623M, therefore net profit for year must be looking around this amount too. That is more than twice the amount in projections that we already have! More than 6 times the Numis base estimate in their already out of date broker note (to quote Max).
Touched a nerve old sport.
