BB, ‘Please can you share....’ is that really an aggressive demand? Am I missing something, isn’t reads like a polite request to me....
Troublesome, just had a look. Already being called out for ramping. Swamping the bb with repetitive posts and trying to ‘own’ the group sentiment. Sounds familiar. Good luck VAL, hope he has a better influence on their SP than he did ours....
I do not take much stock of anyones numbers. But neither do I demand answers. An observation! Those that are more aggressive are normally invested for the downside. It's in their nature.
Some interesting comments by StarBright re: Porky on VAL board.
Suppose the same could be re-iterated here.
Actually agree with BYP here, whether it’s £8 or £54 I’d like to understand people’s thought processes or reasoning. Without that, it’s just a random number.
I’d be very happy to see £8 by year end, but that would surely be dependent on dispute resolution - and that’s nigh on impossible to predict currently.
No one has any obligation to answer anyone. Lol
Let’s all sit in silence please as butcher would like. I ask a question and Butcher tries to start an argument by there, disrupting the board and dismissing my post.
Byp. No one has any obligation to answer you.
@DRB83…… please can you share your reasons why this will be £8 by year end? Unless you are just throwing random numbers about. I see no reason why the sp will rise to that level until the dispute is resolved positively. No one can put a date on that. It could be tomorrow or in a few years for all we know. Do we really think that the new CEO will change the market round within 2 months of starting his job and almost triple the share price!!!
DRB83 I am not worried at all . Psychologically in my mind I have already written it off. I was just bemoaning that I was debating in Oct 2020 to invest my initial £200K in Rolls Royce or Novacyt and I went with novacyt. As it stands the CEO / BOD are letting share holders down big time. I'm holding this even in the unlikely event it goes to £1 .
I have a lot more than 15% of my wealth in ncyt and I sleep like a baby at night. You clearly do not need the money right now so hold and stop worrying. End of year will see us at least £8 imo. Gla
Sorry to be blunt but you went all in on a company listed on AIM, you did your research and were happy with your investment and have topped up since.
Don't now come on here complaining that it's not panned out like you expected. By your own admission you could have cashed out at £13 reaping a healthy profit but you chose not to.
Lots of investors on here are significantly under water, my average is circa £10, it was my decision, I thought it was right at the time and also could have cashed out but didn't.
Coming on here complaining about could of, would of, should of. What's the point, its all on you, hindsight is 20/20. You're just whinging on now and looking a bit stoopid tbh.
Grow up, take it on the chin and learn from it
Ahhhhh the good doctor still moaning about his/her half million punt on a little company on aim
All entitled to an outburst but everyday is becoming irritating especially when an alleged 5 million is sat in bank
Well if 540k is 15 % of wealth then I've been in the wrong career. Night all.
Alavib, welcome to the madness of Novacyt, there's no doubt errors have been made and the dhsc hmmm but on target for 100 mil this year excluding dhsc and we are valued at 216 mil , nuts.
You never know, there might be a treeshake in the boardroom after the votes are counted. I have feeling some of the board and NEDs might be getting a bloody nose so to speak. Maybe then they might be more proactive and help support the SP and get it out of this stupid trading range and also away from the day traders...( if they are to blame). The Co is in a much stronger postition than a year ago, proving last years growth was no flash in the pan, yet the SP is lower. Maybe the action being brought by the GLP over the shady contract dealings might yet be a blessing for us and the many other Co's shafted after coming to the gov's rescue? Can only hope! Anyway, lets see what becomes of the AGM first, somehow I do not think it is going to be so cosy as last years!!
Am I the only one here missing something?
The market currently have given NCYT a PE of just over 1.5, add the cash in hand of 1.2 leaves us with a PE of just over 0.3!!!
How on earth a biotech company of NCYT is rated on such stupid PE?
Is the dispute with HSCE that important that the market is giving this company such unheard of PE
And lookin at the FY result they company reported unbelievable numbers and yet here we are red day after red day
The dispute is something the company has to resolve one way or the other even to the point to write off 50% so that the matter is resolved and then we can concentrate on other potential growth areas
Such as US markets UNICEF 8 countries contracts
Export to other countries, the travel PCR tests which are huge on their own
It’s a mystery how this company is valued by this crazy market
I'm surprised that the 'good doctor' has not shown more concern regards the people dying from Covid here.
Can't recall any that I've known or seen ever actually discussing their personal problems and certainly not their finances - although I suppose, there has to be a first for everything.
BTW, I have always looked upon you as a neutral poster, but this bit regarding your 300k loss and 15% risk, has got me confused about your standing, and the style of composition reminds me of the style of a certain captain from way back when statements made become somewhat muddied. Perhaps a nice sun drenched beach and some R&R might do you good, get away from the surgery and top up the vitimin D.
So if you are 300k down, and you only invested 15% of your net worth, what is your net worth, how many millions, and why are you still working? I would be on a sun drenched beach if I were you.
Thanks ATISHA . This was my first ever AIM investment and will be my last one as well. I have invested in NIO , Tesla , snowflake , airbus and boeing , all which are in profit . But with Novacyt i am at loss currently of around £300K .
That's you wbafc you do know we can all check each other's posts, From your previous statements it's impossible to be down 300k, your investment is the money you put in not the money you may have earned on paper.
I have them on Tks read your own posts you typed them. Begin to think your just here to disrupt or have your hand held.
Wilson63
Maybe you can borrow some reading glasses ..... we are here to make profit from our investment , not lose money . And for last 6 months its shorts and day traders who have won.
I think you are all getting this wrong , please see below post from 10th June.
Same credibility as some other posters on here :~))
The fact that i am a doctor and have invested huge amounts of my own money ( £540K ) into Novacyt should highlight to everyone how much I have faith in Novacyt . I believe Novacyt have the best robust products in the world to detect covid19 . I don't invest in stock markets as a general rule as I do not gamble . I researched into Novacyt in detail before I put my money in last year . I know as a fact so many medical doctors have also put money into Novacyt , so this just shows how much we really do believe in this company .
I am going to hold as long as it takes . I am in because I know it will come good at the end , its just a shame its on AIM & the French stock exchange and the BOD have not been more dynamic with promoting the company up commercially to bring in more investors ( both private & institutional ) .
Not as bad as this own goal !!

So is it 200k or 300k check your posting history and clarify cos it's all over the place.
Anybody thinking I'm being nosey read wbafc's varying posts as raised by herself.
Harchris
I am a professional . I have not invested more than 15% of my total wealth nor would I ever.
Just looking like a bad decision investing in novacyt as it stands , when I could have invested in Bitcoin / Rolls Royce. Not happy how the CEO / BOD have trashed share holders this year as it stands.
