I think we will get a RNS on 1st May with news of pre trial outcome.
Obv ment man not nan
Thats twice now you get a thread heading
Calm down nan,,you are getting to be a very excitable young man
Court case isnt over yet and you are spouting £130 Million +
Maybe best to watch from the sidelines for a day or two to catch your breath
You dont want to be THAT person who people roll their eyes at when you post
Lets get over 83p first then we can start to believe
Doc, dont tell there wasnt volatility before 2021 lol. It spiked every day for a whole year.
And as if ii's wouldnt trade. Remember all the funds and iis back then too...
Nonsense.
There simply isn't going to be any institutional investment until the dispute is settled and there's a clear understanding of where the company is at so institutions can make the investment case to their clients, but truth be told there probably won't be much institutional investment after because NCYT are fully cashed up and lack liquidity.
Usually institutions first come on board as part of an equity raise or buy with the plan to be involved in future placings but that's not applicable here. Imagine an institution sets out to buy 5% of the company, 3.55m shares - that's 70+ trading days worth of average volume, they'll be paying twice as much before they are half way through buying.
The problem with this share , and I have been telling everyone this , is that because the BOD since Jaunary 2021 have neglected share holders with mainly negative RNS , it meant traders came in and created volatility in the SP. What we need now is institutional investors on board to take out this surplus shares off traders hands and stabilise the SP.
It would be interesting to see if SP hits £1 or back to £0.50 level or even lower.
Share price goes up 70%, not a word.
Share price retraces 5% - 'what a start to the week'
It's a 'pump and dump' only if we're back to 50p by the end of the week so let's wait and see - i'm extremely confident this holds above ~60p now.
Offload lol barely dropped this will be over £1 by Friday , RNS coming this week
So, MM has offloaded their shares at a higher price and now dumping is happening.
I was surprised to see such a rise in the price just based on pre-trial RNS but it definitely helped trader to earn some quick bucks.
6% red, great start to the week. More BS meaningless pumps and subsequent drops. We literally the same pattern every few months.
WBAFC - You have good time, out there. Watch the heat, take shorts with you. By the time you come bk, this will be £3.50
Amers , I will be off to Dubai and India soon . Hope you had a good time in India. This share will come good , have confidence. We will beat the DHSC and the money received , hopefully £130M+ will enable LR to go after some good companies to build this Novacyt into a mid cap company. We need to bring in institutional investors to take off those loose shares manipulated by traders.
I actually bought a £3000 valliant boiler this January. It's amazing , I can control it using a app on my mobile. I don't think Ideal boilers will be sponsors of WBA next season. Hopefully WBA win the play offs and get to premier league
You could sell now and go buy west brom instead and still have enough for an ideal boiler - FWAW
A message for B2HS2L & dinglewolf . ( I wouldn't be surprised if it's the same person )
For your information. I will remain holding onto this share , in fact not sold one single share since I first bought Novacyt shares on 2nd October 2020. I will hold every single share until I feel I am satisfied I have got my profit. I don't need either of you to bully me off this BB. I am financially in very, very good shape and can hold my 210,000 shares and not in any rush to sell. This company will be a mid cap company. I am very confident, especially when they will get their £130M+ cash
It's what happens every time we perk up. Would expect this to continue all week.
Hi HC Thanks for mentioning, that I may have been little brave, with my buying. Just got bk from India, after 4 weeks in sun. Have managed to pickup another 10,250 just now. Lets stuff the DHSC and makeup the paper losses, that LTH have been holding. I do hope lth's will make some profit and in PI100 case, at least he gets his investment back. Good luck all, not long to go, b4 the fat lady starts singing.
A downward run... lets hope another positive rns pops up :) #patience imo
'I do think this review could be pivotal..as it will set the scene and prob give both sides a feeling for the judge'
Same here, hence a big update when it comes after the 30th April review.
This move is exactly what I've been going on about from months. Clever little traders thought that they'd be no interest here until the dispute was resolved and that sure they'd miss out on the, say, 40-60p first thing on the announcement of good news but get in without muck risk at 08:02... even cleverer folk like P100 predicted 10p before a positive jump if dhsc outcome was good and hence just sit back and relax and jump in when they want.
No in this case the gains are made by stomaching the small risk of being wiped out, the gains are made by our friend Amers and the like who have bought and bought well in advance of this move.
James got lunch ready for his daughter wearing a summer dress .
"Do we collectively feel that the DHSC are using this as a test case to determine whether to go to full trial "
I did post on this last Friday...
"I wonder if the gov will decide on pursuit of the rest of the case in light of that decision - if it should go ncyt way?"
If it were anybody other than gov..i would say very likely. Remember 70% of commefcial litigation cases get sorted before trial
Problem is that it is not coming out of their pocket and what agenda do they have? Is it just about getting money back or showing to be robustly pursuing covid monies spent?
They must know the gist of ncyt's argument because presumably there were many talks For reconciliation even before a court date was applied for?
In addition the particulars of their original claim were amended after ncyt defence and an order from the judge..so it would seem to me that they may have got some feedback that there was an issue
The aspect they want a judgement on ..relates to the full value of the claim. So if it (touch wood) fails do the gov have something more robust to fall back on?
I do think this review could be pivotal..as it will set the scene and prob give both sides a feeling for the judge
B2HS2L don't be so childish
Promise us you will sell up after this dispute is settled, we want to hear no more.
For the sake of your own finances, be gone from NCYT no matter the loss.
