My easy thought :
The baseline is based on the SP at end of december 2023, 0.63£.
That is an easy base for your bod @NovacytGroup if you win the DHSC case.
Best you start also buying shares asap on the market to show your interest and belief in the company !
(If/when no closed period as discussed of course...)

Update on DHSC claim - Pre-trial review
Automatic translation :
As previously announced, the Company and its subsidiary Primer Design Ltd are parties to litigation with the DHSC. The first instance hearing is scheduled to commence on 10 June 2024 and conclude on 4 July 2024. The Company expects
that the court will take its time in reaching its judgment, which means that the outcome of the trial will not be known on 4 July 2024.
The court has set 30 April 2024 as the screening date. This is part of the normal litigation process and relates primarily to administrative preparations for the trial.
The court will also hear an application for summary judgment made by DHSC in respect of one aspect of its claim, in which DHSC requests that judgment be entered for the full value of its claim. Having obtained legal advice, the Company considers that this claim is very precarious with little prospect of success, and is confident that the court will dismiss the claim. It is not known when the court will rule on the claim. It may be during or at the end of the pre-trial review, or shortly thereafter.

Says Lars Qvistgaard from IoT Fabrikken, which today supplies sensors and data to more than 65 of the country's municipalities.
During the pilot project, the indoor climate in the two daycare centers will be continuously measured. The one day care center will also be equipped with air purifiers that are effective against virus particles. During the trial period, it must be investigated what effect they have as a supplement to venting and mechanical ventilation.
Paradigm shift in the understanding of the spread of infection
The importance of measures for better ventilation and indoor climate has really come to the fore in the wake of the corona pandemic, which has brought about a paradigm shift in the understanding of how respiratory diseases are spread from person to person via airborne particles. This has not least meant a greater focus on the importance of increased air exchange and air purification.
- If we find good methods to detect the concentration of virus particles, then the way is paved for much larger studies and development of solutions in collaboration with sensor and ventilation companies, says Freja Rydahl Rasmussen from the Technological Institute.
"Detection and reduction of airborne viruses in daycare centers" is a Knowledge Bridge project supported by CLEAN and the Danish Life Science Cluster. The project is expected to be completed in August 2024.

Sensors must warn of the spread of airborne infection in kindergartens
Press release published on 20 February 2024.
With air purification and intelligent monitoring of the indoor climate, a new pilot project will investigate whether it is possible to reduce outbreaks of influenza and other seasonal respiratory diseases in day care institutions.
A new pilot project with the participation of the Technological Institute, IoT Fabrikken, Xsystems and Novacyt will, with support from CLEAN - Danmarks Miljøklynge and Danish Life Science Cluster, investigate how the amount of viruses in the air can be measured and reduced in day care institutions. The project will pave the way for more investigations into the connections between indoor climate and the spread of infection, as well as for the development of technology that can fight viruses in the air.
Peak season for airborne infection
Since December, it has been peak season for respiratory infections such as colds, flu and cold pneumonia. The virus particles that cause respiratory diseases are often airborne and are therefore spread through microscopic droplets in the air around us. Good ventilation and venting can play a role in reducing the spread of virus particles, and therefore a pilot project will investigate whether and how to detect the droplet particles and reduce their quantity in a smart way.
- Detecting viruses from the air is not easy. There are many factors that must be taken into account when collecting it in reality, and the aim of the project is, among other things, to learn more about what can be done with the equipment we have available, says Freja Rydahl Rasmussen , consultant at the Danish Technological Institute, who leads the pilot project.
Pilot test in two daycare centers
Until the summer of 2024, the Technological Institute together with the sensor company IoT Fabrikken, the virus detection company Novacyt and the air purifier company Xsystems will run trials at two daycare centers in Aarhus Municipality, where the goal is to find reliable methods to collect and measure the concentration and type of viruses in the air. At the same time, small mobile and wireless measuring devices, so-called low-cost sensors, are being installed in day care institutions. The sensors can measure, for example, temperature, humidity and CO 2 level in the indoor climate.
- By linking data from the virus samples that are collected with the sensors' measurements, we hope to see some indications of correlations. It can be between humidity and CO 2 level on the one hand and the concentration of viruses in the air on the other. If there are indications of correlations, sensors can potentially be used for warning or for automatic climate control at a daycare center, says Lars Qvistga
