Who are you thinking of - what peers? I'm wondering if this is due a top up, but they aren't generous with their information. Though I have to admit the March trading update was at least hopeful.
looks cheap vs peers now
Steady as she goes with a decent order book. Difficult to say the stock is cheap on 20x this years' earnings, but certainly well supported by the fundamentals at these levels. Let's hope this management doesn't F it up like the last lot.......:-0
Very positive RNS. A lot of growth areas which bodes well.
I think we could see the shares increase again. I never know why these shares dip almost every Jan.

21m according to today's announcement but you were pretty close, nice.
Seems like debt still a problem. I reckon they are coming in at 28m net debt ... thats after not paying suppliers and a need to refinance debt with syndicate of banks. I also believe ncc securing growth transformation is behind schedule in terms of benefits but costing more than expected
As always dyor.
Very interesting!

Rumours are circulating around the City that NCC Group, a British cyber security company, could soon be snapped up by a predator.
Its shares have been creeping up over the last few weeks, after warnings of a UK slowdown knocked 31 per cent off its value in January. Over the last month, they are up 19.4 per cent.
NCC, which specialises in 'ethical hacking' to help businesses find weaknesses in their systems, was born when the Government's National Computing Centre sold its commercial divisions in 1999.
Beady-eyed observers have their money on private equity firms, IT giant IBM and, possibly, computer company Dell as potential bidders.
Sources close to the company said it was not in takeover talks, but that hasn't stopped traders speculating that an offer could be on the horizon. The stock was up 2.9 per cent, or 4.8p, at 172.2p.
may explain the rise.
Potential bid for ncc?

whoops - I meant £2 of course.
Going back to £200? Let's hope so....
Hey - Nakedtruth - read it again you F**kwit, because you're looking at the wrong column. Total voting rights (shares plus derivatives) have fallen from above 5% to below it. Nobody is required to make s statement when they buy something to just below 5%, only when they sell, and their holding falls below 5%. Who's brain dead?

cause this is going up
Blackrock are not selling, they increase to just below 5% from 3.5%! Read the latest RNS!
What are you talking about....brain dead, you come with this statement a week after they increase holding in this company :) :)
Why does this share Drop on open 5% every morning and then immediately bounce back. Some shifty share dumping going on IMO
I should have mentioned that NCC is one stock they've been selling over a long-ish period.
Retail market been big sellers of UK equity funds ahead of Brexit. This has caused some managers to make some tough decisions about which holdings to retain and which to sell. BlackRock appears to have been hit badly and are selling big blocks of a number of UK midcaps, dragging down the price. When they stop, expect some recovery.
I agree very strong buy,
I follow them on LinkedIn and they just announced today they are in partership with Surrey University to help further the understanding of current and future security challenges facing the space industry.
Worth repeating
Peel Hunt has 260p Target price and BUY rating.
Berenberg has 180p Target price and BUY rating.
Directors buying significant amounts of shares.
This is a Strong Buy at this price imo
I guess the mms wanted to fill the late reported order! Someone/institution wants in low... GLA
Market manipulation, being kept down heavily. A re rate and growth way over due. 150 on cards here. GLA
A little confused as to why this stock continues to fall on no news as well as a seemingly high number of buys (i know the share trades log is not 100% reliable but it does seem more people are buying than selling...)
