Ok that's funny but very relevant! Gosh makes me realise the 'reported' buys and sells are not to be taken as gospel. Now IF it was a buy then..... Interesting! GLA
My clairvoyant has flown off on holiday with her crystal ball - so I don't know if the large trade on Friday was a buy or a sell.
On the optimistic side if Coltrane Asset Management have closed their short position, then this should be positive news for the share price; but equally if Friday's trade was a large sell the share price will move south following in the footsteps of my clairvoyant .
Perhaps a silly question but once shorts have been closed will the sp now be allowed to rise? Thanks in advance. GLA
Hopefully it's Coltrane Asset Management closing their short from Jan 2018
Mars1 can't understand why these weren't bought the day before as the 7th was X div day?
Clever 4.3m share purchase while markets unsettled filled by mid morning at no increase in the price mms for you.
Very encouraging to see so many directors buying
Hey Bladey your cryptic chat is amusing 'go figure' wish I could says me scratching my balls? Phew is so much to learn! Ah well the ride is keeping me active and oh yes amused too. GLA
Sure it closed blue, albeit very small %... Now i see its in the red, again by a small %, go figure
Seems to have been lots of end of day sells? But who knows. If I had L2 would this give more accuracy? Thanks in advance! GLA

All Good here!!!
Any one correct me but those last trades value thousands are not sells! If they were the sp would have dropped thoughout the day and of course it didn’t. Interesting times ahead.... enjoy your weekend. GLA
Yes all rather confusing, however, it doesn’t take away the buys to sells and some of those buys have been rather impressive! The RNS hasn’t had any negative effects on the sp so all good there and happy to hold. Have a great weekend and looking forward to those late reports at end of play;))))
NewDayToday,
I do not fully understand the Block Listing RNS either. It appears to be stating the number of Stock Purchase and Option plans that have been allocated and converted in the past 6 months.
Coming so soon after mass of Director buys leads me to suspect that MagsterW may have been right when he said that the recent spat of Director buys were in fact Share Options exercised by the BoD.
The previous Block Listing RNS dated 2 Jan 2019 informs us:
"250,000 NCC Group plc Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
It is expected that admission of these Ordinary Shares will become effective on 7 January 2019. "
Despite being effective on 6th Jan, these options could not have been exercised until after the Half Year Results on 24th Jan.
Another £40K trade at top price gone through. Another Director buy?
Hi Kenj these were on Wednesday after the bell. GLA
Ok guys and gals own up who paid 125.00K and 1.250M and 492.80K? Was it you downbutnotout? Or maybe Babble2? Whoever did I thank you!!
Steadily ticking up, I'm up by my customary 10% but nonetheless happy to hold with this one, there's more to come. Congrats to those who got in below 125 and good luck to all!
I don't know about huge late reported buys!
The only huge late reported trade that I can see is a Sell of 2,000,000 shares.
And Rocket79 there's been HUGE late reported buys. Somethings brewing very nicely, these amounts aren't 'punts' unless there's something your not telling me... ;-) GLA
Peel Hunt has 260p Target price and BUY rating.
Berenberg has 180p Target price and BUY rating.
Directors buying significant amounts of share.
NCC goes ex div 7th Feb.
This is a Strong Buy at this price imo
snapped up @1.27
Well well well same as yesterday BIG buys at the end of the bell! Interesting again! Now don't mean to sound thick, however can some of you cleverer pi please explain the nature of the RNS? Many thanks in advance for your time. GLA
Downbutnotout, Fair play for making coin on the bounce but personal opinion I think this is only going one way now for next few days/weeks.
downbutnotout good for you mate! It seems to be spiking in the early morning then dropping off. I don't have the nerve to do that but if it makes you money then that's what its all about. GLA
not me NewDayToday. i sold some on the bounce. @ 122/123p area. then sold the rest at 128.5p this morning. i'll buy some back c.120p if it gets there.
