Dr Chris Potts brings over 20 years of senior executive and chair experience of international technology businesses.
Loads of experience. Will be interesting to see what role he will bring. Not clear on that from this but there are indications through his existing roles.
He is presently Chair of proSapient Ltd, a world leading service company based in the UK, with offices in the US, Canada and Portugal, utilising artificial intelligence technology to search for and engage experts who can assist in due diligence processes for leading global management consultancies and private equity firms.
He is also Chair of Zytronic plc; a UK based manufacturing company which supplies sophisticated touch screen technology to a global market. Before that, he was Chair of Guralp Systems limited, a UK based firm which designs, manufactures, and installs seismic sensors for customers globally, for nine years.

Tbf this could be a 10 bagger
Has the IP and contacts to do something v special here
Ground floor opportunity
More sales to come; orders placed in Kuwait and possibly more in Qatar.
They are developing their equipment, which will definitely bring in more new business around the world.
(The Microsaic PFAS analysis system (based on our MiD4500 mini mass spectrometer) is market leading and the only truly mobile unit 'point of use' system in the world for PFAS detection and measuring systems.)
Look forward to hearing more on this and other developments
As of June 30, 2024, the company reported a cash balance of £982k, an increase from £587k in H1 2023, and it is currently debt-free.
Additionally, the company raised £1.8 million in equity funding in January 2024 and received a £262k R&D tax reclaim from HMRC, which contributed to its improved cash position.
Looks solid
Since I bought them I've spelt bagger with a U as the first vowel, but here's hoping.
Word on the street re MSYS is it’s a bagger, near term
DYOR
Thanks for the update Bob. Looking like next year will be a good brand new start for us
Good chat about Deepverge and Gerry who by the sounds of it we're even worse than you could imagine.
They definitely seem honest and working very hard to make something of Microsaic
Just chatted about recent announcements.
Very positive, lots going on, lots of potential.
Worth a few quid giving a MC of £1.5m
What did they say bobbust? Do you know if they will be putting the agm online to watch at some point? And was there anything different from the previous rns?
These guys are the business.
Talk well and are making great progress.
Will definitely add a few after chatting to them

Have the Note with a pinch of salt?
More CTM sales to come from Qatar, from MTox LX sales and apparently, sufficient cash to cover expenses until 2H 2025 when revenues will increase and be more predictable due to reagent sales.
Must admit that Qatar could be a game changer - they have cash to burn, could expand CTMs for next 3-4 years, and local distributor covers other cash-rich /water-poor Gulf States.

I voted for all motions except re-appointing Nigel Burton. If he continues the company won't go anywhere, look at his record. DYOR.
"What's the thoughts on the agm vote? I see they want to reappoint Nigel Burton"
DO NOT vote for him, he's a waste of space for ordinary shareholders. MOS down 99%, MSYS down 99%, DVRG down ??, Sorted down 55% after one year etc etc. Name me one success? He's basically feathering his pension with short-term directorships. DYOR.
Really good rns today and some interesting things to come in 2025; with some possibilities of alot more new business. Let's hope they keep the market upto date going forward
Some good, some not so good (wait until 2025) but overall, encouraging progress and Mgt seems to be aware of the damaged relationship with the Market; as a reminder, 27 CTMs sold to Qatar in early 2022 for 1.4 mln, so if we sell more in 2025 it will be great; and the 571k for the reagents is an annual outlay, if not mistaken;
5 Mtox LX shipped in December so collection in Jan.25 (around $100.000?); I found on internet a quote by a US Co for $30k for one, so I assume the Co sells them for 20k each maybe?
We will see the Mkt reaction soon (probably neutral as many developments relate to 2025) but it seems Co is slowly making progress.
As long they don't mess up with the next financial updates.
I'm OK with the name change; as long as all this mess is behind us and they can work hard to bring in more business opportunities and get the sp back up. I'm looking forward to see what they have to say in the Agm and hopefully 2025 they will update the market more
Well, is there any other candidate? Let him make amends for his 2022-2023 co... ups!
My view is, let's not rock the boat until it enters calmer waters; I see they will change the name too, tethys purity, Metir ltd etc.
What's the thoughts on the agm vote? I see they want to reappoint Nigel Burton
I'd expect a trading update around (or on) the 11th; oper. update promised "shortly", Mgt is trying to be as transparent as possible; will be good to know the cash update and whether the MEast cash (appx 200k) coming in is from Qatar (part of £571k sale) or from a new client. Microtox LX back to production, 1st unit tb shipped in December, more to come hopefully.

This is what has been going on according to the RNS, with potential to install additional CTM's in early 2025 in Qatar. Hopefully we get more updates on this and any news from the USA after the WEFTEC in October and the event in Singapore
Fit-out and validation of new 1,800 sq ft facility in York, new production, sales and support teams hired
· Secured UK based supply chain for production of equipment, consumables and reagents
· Passed ISO9001 audit and implemented comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) including electronic document management systems to integrate Modern Water processes
· Re-established distribution and sales network for Modern Water with revenues commencing in May 2024
· An agreement was signed to provide water monitoring analysis systems for Doha, Qatar. During the first six months period revenues of over £143k have been booked to Modern Water from this ongoing project
· The Company's technologies were showcased at the Singapore International Water week in June 2024 sponsored by the UK Department of Business and Trade
Post Period Events
· Appointment of Graham Mullis as Strategic Advisor to the Board of Directors
· Completion of installation of 27 Continuous Toxic Monitoring (CTM) devices in Doha, Qatar with potential to install additional CTM's in early 2025
· The Company's technologies were showcased at WEFTEC in October, the largest water quality event in the US
Well glad that the suspension has been lifted. It would be nice to get some sort of update regarding progress made during the suspension and what is to happen next.
I thought the drop would be bigger, TBH! All we need now is 3-4 months of calm and steady sales; once we collect some more cash from the Gulf etc, the SP 'd start recovering IMO.
Let's see what Graham Mullis can do for the company and if the next results come through smoothly without any delays. If they can achieve the minimum sales of £84k per month, this is a good start. It all sounds good on paper, but let's see what happens going forward.
I think they should do alot more interviews to update the market. They need to recover their reputation and a simple name change isn't going to cut it
Results appear to be quite encouraging. Trouble is the previous management completely destroyed the reputation of the Company, and it will take a while for this to recover.

Well back up anyways Sol. I take it the company has been running in the background all along. 😂
We are already on the 5th November, so anytime upto the end of next week and we should see the interim results and then we will be back up and running again🤞
There 'd be news ("trading Statement") to cover the period from July to October end, question is, will it be sufficient to move the SP up?
I'm hoping they release some new news along with the interim results. We need a strong positive RNS when they come back to the market. They also need more interviews. This is something they didn't have much of in the past
LTb whilst the interims do have to be published too I think the major hurdle was companies house where it can take days sometimes a couple of weeks to get things processed. We hall see I would be surprised if they hadn't already done the Interims in anticipation but common sense doesn't always apply.
Ant, AIM Rules require the Interims to be released too, for trading to re-commence. Co said "later this month" i.e. 1 week or so, left.
As the accounts have been published at Companies House today I would expect a resumption of trading this week / updates and Interim report . At least once its active the miserable misery posters on this board will be challenged to shut up with a rising share price.
Yes Nigel Burton and Gerry Brandon and the gang sold Labskin privately to Nicola Kingswell ex employee for 80k around the same time they neatly did the deal on the Modern Water left overs. You can follow all the labskin updates on LinkedIn like it never went away in the first instance, it is private now, no need for slippery RNS updates. Surprised all the rampers on this board did not update people with this information.
They will spin more RNS lies on this stock about new detectors, remember the MicrotoxBT, that was a figment of Brandon's imagination!! Keep your eyes peeled!
I thought we decided the whole Labskin lie was a figment on Brandon’s imagination?
As DVRG was delisted, and it was a private deal, I'd be surprised if this 'd have been made public in any way.
Question is - who took the money from the sale? DVRG's Administrators?
Anyone know how much labskin was sold to their friends/private investors for?

Possibly on 22 October? if yes, I'll explain on the day!
great find, Sol; so, expansion and production from end of August, this must be a positive development;
Ant, AIM trading resumption rests on 1) 2023 AFS release (done) AND 2) Interims released.
Interims are unaudited and therefore solely dependent on Management taking responsibility for accuracy (hence, G Brandon's shenanigans in 2022); CO House filing is not directly related to trading resumption;
Interims were due on 30 Sept (for H1 24) but as the AFS 2023 were delayed, this affected their release too; Mgt said by end of Oct, so just 1-2 weeks left; Trading statement too, so IMO Mgt will want trading resumption to start with a bang so they will load all "positive" developments this year into this Trading statement e.g. good news too about the PD (pathogen detector).
A lot of cash was spent since January, not justified by running exps so I suspect this was spent on product development/commercialisation. I think the Mgt is aware that Co is running out of time to reverse all the bad events of the past 2 years.
I am optimistic that the Trading statement will be the start of this reversal - GLA!
As I said previously once the results are posted up at companies house you can expect the company to resume trading on AIM. CH are very good should take less than a week . Invoicing etc orders and outlook will be what we want to see as this occurs. But if they can achieve a better outcome in terms of sales than Deep Verge managed we could be on for a significant re-rate over the next few months into the close. We know that just one contract they have had gives them an improvement over last years figures and they have said they anticipate organic growth and profitable trading Interims will be very interesting.

Now that you have brought us an update LTbeliever we likely know the circus will update us on their next party trick. Eagerly awaiting after months and months of silence what the "new" professional leadership team have planned!!! I suppose the laughter and joke will be that they no doubt have rounded up their rampers to get whatever RNS they have planned to be seen as some kind of strategic masterclass :) ha ha ha
Personally I am more interested in; has the Modern Water "vapour" technology moved from Uzbekistan to Turkmenistan or are they now focused on Afghanistan!!!! tick tick tock.
I can hear the laughter of some people :) less than 10 days left for the H1 2024 Interims, so hopefully we will get both the AFS2023 and the Interims H124; if not, we are in deep XXXX!

Not really that astonishing though is it unfortunately @mugginsthedog ! AIM let this happen because that is how this circus operates. No legitimate auditor would sign off on anything associated with these people from Deepverge and Microsaic and Gerard Brandon. They are taking the assets private to friends and family members and always have done this. Well done muggins for always calling these types of people out.
It is astonishing that posts get deleted from here that the crooks and their mates who run this are just repeating the con that they pulled on Modern Water and DVRG. Shouldn’t the moderators be looking to protect PIs from being conned? Perhaps the moderators might want to look at the comments on lse about these 2 companies and Alltracel on the other board? This will demonstrate what these people have been up to.
You said it @mugginsthedog a leopard never changes its spots. The board in Deepverge (which is effectively the same board here or buddies of the previous board) will go missing after they continue to get assets private. One just needs to dig into where these assets are going. The circus here continues and gamblers in this forum are simply here to suck more folks into it, good money after bad. STAY AWAY!
I havent checked in on this company for a while so when I saw the share was suspended I assumed that I had inadvertently clicked on DVRG or Modern Water by mistake! But no - the same crooks (boD) doing the same things. Laughably there are a surprising number of people burying their heads in the sand here and even trying to ramp this.
You do not delay the audit and suspend the shares unless there is a real issue. My guess would be that the auditors had raised going concern issues. Given the cash out flows and the limited financial resources this is not totally suprising. In practice, given the conment running this company it is entirely to be expected.
Sad to see so many people throw good money after bad.
AT least this will be free of TROLLS for the next month or so during which time they will have started invoicing and expanding their sales. They have modern water's assets which have been valued far higher than now. Pleased to hold and add into suspension, will await their return to the market. Good luck to all LTH's this is a recovery stock that could turn out to be one of the best performers in 2024. Do your own as we all say but razor blade models are nearly always extremely profitable. As always time will tell.

'The FY23 Accounts will not be ready to be published by the close of business on 28 June 2024, being the effective deadline for publication under the AIM Rules for Companies. Consequently, the Company's shares are expected to be suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 07.30 a.m. on 1 July 2024, pending publication of the FY23 Accounts. The Company is working diligently to support the completion of its audit and expects to publish its FY23 Accounts by the end of July 2024. A further announcement will be made in due course -
Not sure why the delay bit it is ovioulsy pretty crap to not sort it out. Well, they say it will be published end of July so that is that for now.

I agree 👍 I think I'll wait until we see further development and the audit results come through successfully without any delays before I decide to average down. Here's hoping all good things going forwards
Sol, plenty of time to average down IMO, but something to consider seriously IF and when MSYS can show it's slowly getting out of the woods; first it needs to show that cash flow is steady (and +ve) and secondly that its various tests are coming to fruition and serious players will get on board (and fund expansion); we will be monitoring.
Good to see signs of moving forward from the company. I'm in the same situation as you LT. I didn't sell up and with shares where they are after the consolidation, I won't see my money back until they reach 40.00. I'm nervous as well of averaging down as you mentioned, after everything that happened.
If they continue as they are doing though, perhaps in a couple of years I might be back to where I was, but I won't hold my breath (trying to be positive there lol)
Although many people have been "burned" (some more than others), this is now a Recovery situation; assuming things are not fraudulent (caveat emptor), there are many projects ongoing with serious partners and the potential is big; but it will take time and there are capital constraints too; people need to ask themselves whether Averaging down at these levels is worth the various risks; if they get it right, they could be highly rewarded; if they get it wrong....more losses.
Personally (as a holder and biased), I believe 2025 will be the turnaround year - and 2024 is the year of accumulation. IMO
Schlum Over the last 20 years there have been very few "razor blade models" come onto the market! This is a perfect example BUY the kit but the consumables ( that are patented ) have to purchased from the same source. If the company can expand the growth of their water purification units in Saudi Arabia where there is clearly strong demand they have an enormous potential sale base for regular income on good margins. Today's announcement brings yet another opportunity to investors as disease control of water borne agents is another example of a potentially enormous growth market that is so far unmet. Do your own research but this is one to be followed closely as the turn around could be very swift and profitable.

None of us here are financial advisors and only can give our own opinions. Don't always believe what you read here. It's always best to do your own research on official Rns/press news releases. An Rns can't be manipulated without being investigated by the lse and the law. If there has been any lies, it will be told to shareholders; but as yet, just speculation by non insiders.
If anyone has any recent official press news on anything good or bad, please leave a link for us all to see. Thanks ;-)
Well, watwedontknow is whether or not these guys can turn this around. You’re right, having lawyer/admin qualifications doesn’t mean you have the deal making skills of Tiny Rowland but , call me naive, I’m giving them a chance. As I previously said, an interesting play if nothing else.
GLA
"Bob Moore, similarly at 67 yrs old being variously described in his previous directorships as : Lawyer, Administrator, Co Director, Energy Consultant, Legal advisor, Barrister." This is all admin experience, possibly useful in dealing with insolvencies, claims of mismanagement etc. What's his record on generating revenue? I'm a LTH.
Farmertel,
It's a researched fact that a lot of the "naughty" deeds are done by older people, who have the knowledge, experience and means to do them. If you were in your 60s and could ride into the sunset with a few more £m would you bother about what people think? Finance people, Blackrock et al are simply vultures with not interest in SH apart from being an ATM for more cash-aimple. Nigel Burton likes dogs, see DVRG, MSYS, MOS.... share prices over last few years. I'm a LTH who rarely looks in.
I agree about the "new" investors, if you are a new investor in this circus you would want to get her head examined!
@sol001 didnt Deepverge have a lawyer running their RNS, did that stop them! And yes its an offense to BS investors, and those cases take a long long time to come to a conclusion, patience.
@mugginsthedog well done to you, you have been right about everything on the Deepverge bulletin boards over the years, literally everything, and that's despite being attacked repeatedly by idiotic comments by the dodgy management cartel.

Yes, he exercised (foolishly IMO) his Warrants 2 years ago, when he didn't need to; hopefully, this time around he will have learned his lesson and will exercise his Director duties more diligently, for all our benefit !
So, we are looking at Revenues of 571k (most to be received in 2024), plus the 262k invoiced last December (so, received by now) plus ongoing sales of reagents and the 19 units' pipeline, pending from last December; this means a min (IMO) Rev of 1mln for 2024, for a Co that is almost outsourcing everything (just a handful of staff) from cheaper/smaller premises in York; it looks like the Co will be Cash positive before the end of 2024, and this ignores any licensing of its PFAs detectors by the US OEM, or the European OEM (for the bioprocessing unit).
GLA
Definitely undervalued, they bought MW business (big chunk of it) for 100k; DVRG had paid 16mln for it (whole business) back in 2020, with a lot more money spent on building its products.
GJB is OUT, and Bob Moore has 5% in the Co.
But I think it will take a bit more before confidence that present board are professional.
But if the do this could be extremely under valued.
