Just because it's been signed off by government, it doesn't mean that kod have received the official paperwork from the government yet, I doubt they would do an rns until they have the proper docs at their end. It's going down the pan. Inside job somehow. I was sure that I'd read previously, maybe in the accounts, that there was a massive payment to one of our holding companies for unspecified loans. My interpretation of that at the time was that it could be the mechanism for getting some value out of the project for the originals before either selling off or going under.

Stockwatch- I'd be inclined to go with the gov wanted to see better progress on the community benefits before signing off. Could be the reason for the sudden (and imo somewhat random) pr around the community road.

Re the mining licence transfer. Recent news mentioned the hold/embargo on licenses being lifted.

We're we ever aware there was a pause on them? I always thought the assumption was that the delay was choice/process related to waiting until plant was fully up to speed and ready to ship material other than a blockage which prevented it happening.
