If you would like to ask our webinar guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund a question please submit them here.
bid 0.9 ask 1.4, so over 50% spread. that's a volatile spread. why is the spread so wide? someone somewhere must be making a killing out of this. i know there's a bit of supply and demand, but someone is taking the **** somewhere.
What's your personal target? Mine is 12p then I might skim some off or sell completely, but depending how my other stocks go I might need to skim some off sooner
Feeling a little underwhelmed by the rns. Had shares in a tech company that posted similar good news about huge Market (china) only to be ran into the ground destroying shareholder value and going bust. Hoping it's not a rerun, once bitten twice shy and all that
Is there an issue with sav or just a slow day? No trades since just after 8 this morning??
Mine are in a stocks and shares isa, so I don't even get the benefit of offsetting the loses 😪
Am I missing something here re the resource update in December. Everyone is saying it will increase, is this just because the initial estimates need to be on the cautious side? Surely there is a chance that with more detail/more test bores, the resource estimate could drop?
Sav is currently approx 10% of my portfolio and I'm reluctant to increase it further due to two of my other aim shares going into administration this year. If you like micro batteries it might be worth browsing illika as they have some now in production. Although their share price has been poor recently
But is £14k really a big buy? Hopefully moves things in a better direction, but for me he's not exactly putting his sock on the block by investing 14k albeit its loads more than I can afford to invest.
AIM - A$$hole investor manipulation
The 7am rns certainly doesn't help explain the 10m share transaction nor the drop yesterday
I think the mention of the 2019 mining code could be significant (although my understanding of the move towards the 2023 one if non existent). Next delay could be blamed on gov insisting on applying to the new code which I thought had been in place since August?
I should add, my average is also 8p, but I'm too fearful of a bounce and I'd rather watch my shares go under and lose a little more than miss the opportunity to recover a little more.
To me looks more pump and dump, taking advantage of low volumes and low price? Be nice if it wasnt the case, but seems to happen with a lot of shares when they are on their deathbed.
The more I read that the more it says to me, let's get as much cash out of this before we fold.
Hopefully wrong and just being pessimistic, but iog looks and smells like 💩 from an investment point of view these days.
What's gone on today?? Not huge volumes but still a fair drop in price.
What has driven today's sell off and plummet near close? And what makes you confident of a bounce Monday? I expected to see a negative rns when I came here but nothing.
I've topped up previously and not willing to risk any more. I don't have faith in this sorting itself out to lths benefit.
"but we also have the 33rd round assets that’s yet to be announced."
I have the lottery coming up this weekend and a horse in 6.30, results of both are yet to be announced, but I'm confident. Will you continue to pump money into my dwindling betting fund before knowing these outcomes? Of course not.
