Clearing out your pennies eh City?
Things are not always as they seem Lothbury - that was a buy at 15.34 and it was mine - it’s a good saying here TBH “ things not always as they seem “
You seem to be the only person who has bought today.. 2,400 shares at .04 which is less than £1.00… give us a break…
Cheap at this price which is why I took some more today - you clearly don’t believe it so give us the real reason why you are here ?
C’mon let’s hear it ?
City you are the one that is highly triggered.
This share was trading at 0.65 in September 2021.
it is now trading at almost 20x less at 0.036.
The market has never believed the story.
That non disclosure setup will suit MOS
Not sure how many times I can say this System - what can they tell you other than news as it happens ?
One minute there is too much interaction the next there is not enough - they can’t win either way with you lot so best just announcing when they have something important to say.
What you are all seeming to forget is that Estadio is a PRIVATE company and don’t have to announce anything, MOS are 27% shareholders therefore if 73% don’t want stuff announcing yet it won’t be.
Why show your hand before you play it ?
City you should try and teach that word transparent to the BOD. Puzzles are hard to work out for us simpletons.
Oh yes plenty Aiminvestor1900 - your complete lack of knowledge about what’s happening but you’ll carry on posting even though you aren’t invested - what a waste of time and effort or are you that person coming to save all the unsuspecting investors ?
Its so transparent it’s actually embarrassing.
City "I'll post when i see fit"
City "The constant posts about how the BOD have failed are just wrong - the SP has failed but why have the NFT’s, Livescores, Bitso failed - they haven’t as they are still there and all fit into the Estadio jigsaw"
The BOD on the face of it are the only ones to have made money from this business, this would be fair to say ie Krunch sales etc.
It is a public message board anyone can post
You as a TR1 and pseudo company mouthpiece created a multi alias American to pump the price
"NFT’s, Livescores, Bitso failed" . Yes you are right there on the first part of the sentence. Bitso was supposed to be the big pump for digital collectibles. The sales turned out to be dire. I think Estadio will not make a bit of difference to these sales. There is seemingly no market for these digital collectibles in the LATAM Football market it is clear as day.
The raises will almost certainly continue with current income. The cash burn must be third degrees by now. Estadio another start up scenario beckons which allows the kicking of the can further down the road. Have I missed anything.
Most obvious sell
“It’s all there to see and research I just don’t think people have grasped just how big a 27% stake in an online betting company in a massively growing market is !“
I’d take a guess at 27%!
My issue was simply someone setting up a new account to slate the company who clearly isn’t invested and and has done no research. - nothing more Scottyboy.
As for “ my echo chamber “ I’ll post when I see fit not at the behest of other people.
If you do research many gambling start ups do not find it easy. Careful what you find. As in every new venture with MOS, it's hailed as a success even before it's started.
In February a White Paper was issued about iGaming in LATM. There are 2 paragraphs that will show MoS to be feast or famine (and is interdependent on their local Partners behaviour) :- Mexico’s iGaming industry manages to rise at an impressive rate of 40% per year, going from almost US$ 4 billion in 2023 to US$ 10.8 billion by 2026 – the cross-border share of that volume also grows, going from 22% in 2023 to 28% in 2026. Thus, even with still-developing regulation, Mexico’s betting market should not be overlooked. & In this scenario, international merchants are now eager to explore the region’s betting market; however, it is crucial to obtain in-country expertise to ensure compliance with newly approved regulations and avoid any reputational risk that could ensue from entering these high-risk markets without the proper knowledge.
So you have no right calling out somebody you think is doing the same thing if you are doing it yourself. This is why you personally hold no credit in here. Again only my opinion and only from what I read here. I know your echo chamber do not want you posting in here but you choose to ignore them. You really are a maverick type City. I know you always like the last word so will not reply to anymore on this and let you continue to make spectacle of yourself.
Scottyboy I’ll say it again - I apologised on this board for my indiscretion ( twice ) and I owned it - as for multiple aliases your wrong I have 1 account only.
The constant posts about how the BOD have failed are just wrong - the SP has failed but why have the NFT’s, Livescores, Bitso failed - they haven’t as they are still there and all fit into the Estadio jigsaw.
Granted income from NFT’s was not as expected but all the contracts are still there with Bitcoin strengthening and a massive marketing network about to be launched.
It’s all there to see and research I just don’t think people have grasped just how big a 27% stake in an online betting company in a massively growing market is !
A TR1 holder is simply a person who has crossed a legal threshold in terms of how much of the company shares they have. The only professional behaviour required is to inform the market.
At the end of the day, they are no different to any other investor.
That is your perogative City ( I notice you evaded the bit of multiple aliases). It is only my opinion but as I mentioned in a previous post, a TR1 should conduct themselves more professionally. You call me a naysayer. I would consider myself to be extremely frustrated than a naysayer. I have given ME and MOS in general credit where it is due but, again my opinion, I feel that this company with all its changes in direction, placings after being told there won`t be any and failure to capitalise on opportunities within the ventures has left ME wide open to criticism from people who have invested their hard earned money into the business.
Young man 😂 I wish ! not every TR1 is the same and if I want to call out BS or trolling on the board when I see it I will and I’ll also stick to defending ME and the BOD when I see fit.
I have posted often about how I feel the company has got things wrong but they have also got a lot right even though the SP doesn’t reflect this but that can be said of many other companies on AIM.
My hope is that the naysayers on here including you Scottyboy will give credit when it becomes due.
Systemicbods: LOL.
I would prefer a strong RNS update which would also have a similar impact in attracting interest!
Chart needs more bid drops to obtain more than a pathetic dozen trades a day or less. And yes its the fault of the BOD antics this is where it is.
You did exactly the same on here. Probably had numerous aliases. Practice what you preach young man. Personally, I would expect a TR1 to have a little decorum and have certainly seen that with TR1's in other shares and indeed here with our other TR1's. I can just see ME, each time you go on the proverbial, with his head buried in his hands.
What does being a TR1 have to do with it Scottyboy ? I am a shareholder like everyone or else ( not all are on here clearly ) when someone opens a new account just to troll the board they deserve all they get.
City resorting to personal remarks once again. Is this really a TR1 of the company. The board must be totally embarrassed to see such behaviour.
That's a reasonable point of view but is that not the point of what the capital markets are for? But combined with the fact that if a business can demonstrate future growth potential then investors support the company and that results in a higher share price?
There is no doubt in my mind that they have not exactly got it right so far (hence the historic share price) but they have done various things and some of these are still active and have potential. But in addition to this, the various activities that they have go involved with have then allowed them to get involved with the new Estadio venture and in my view if they can get that launched then in time they will have a significant stake in a profitable business. Estadio Bet is the single most interesting part of the whole company to me.
I see them as pretty well cashed up at the moment and with a lot of potential in this quarter (they suggested Bet may launch Q2) so we wont have to wait long to see if the company looks like they have got a strategy that will finally deliver some real value to the shareholders.
As a side point the market is littered with companies that do, then don't, then do, etc... and if you speak to many that have invested in these companies their view of that company will normally be linked to their individual period of holding the stock.
I am looking forward to the next few months and then I will see if things are taking shape.
