Or even choo choo. Get your teeth round that one!
"Who am I to disagree"
Liking the "Train of Thought " Barchid. Chew Chew ..!
@boards
Or perhaps Annie Lennox "Ndreams are made of this" ?
*No Debt ...! Loads of Cash ..!"
Climb aboard the accumulator escalator. It's what NDreams are made from ...!
Indeed, one Clough got wrong too as TB scored the winning goal if I recall ?
Cloughie’s opinion of Trevor Brooking ??
Hardly a Thrilla in Manila when the Krauts could dock there for some R&R up to 1943 then, as you are harking back to Cassius Clay days ?
Nothing to see. That report floats like a butterfly and stings like one.
Ndreams will likely be their next little tickle
Another good pay day to back up the Oxgene sale would help to cement their reputation.
Absolutely beyond reproach, just checked the BoD list to ensure there were no "Aussie Diggers" on the remuneration committee...
Barchid
Well according to Panorama, that marsupial and his mate seem to have done quite well out of the tax payers.
But of course, Merc's integrity is beyond reproach, one would imagine ?
Boards
Perhaps they can use the loan for the directors options eh ?
Given a position of trust by BBB and will undoubtedly be under the magnifying lens ref. - https://www.nao.org.uk/report/investigation-into-the-british-business-banks-accreditation-of-greensill-capital/
Check those receipts MERC. Better still, deploy blockchain invoicing to ensure traceability ;)
...has been, correctly, as an asset manager and investor in early stage private cos; i.e discount to asset value. Hwever, with a 34.5% direct holding in nDreams and another 4% indirect, the effect of an IPO on our share price could produce an entirely new view of its valuation potential. I bought a fairly modest holding but it is still AIM (for now) so I was a bit guarded. It may just have the potential to rerate as an investor in go-go tech stuff.
Looks like a positive move beefing up the board and maybe looking towards an ipo or sale. The early reviews of the Fracked demo for PSVR looks very positive. Hoping this summer could be a game changer for ndreams.
2.71% SP increase on the day. "Crap Rap" is here to stay.
PS. Typo - should be Built and not Build :)
Haha ...! I knew it was a risk. Chew ya socks off "Stormzy". Does Stormzy wear socks ?
Rap with a silent sea?
@ oldbutnowisa - Hope you did well from the WEB 6p + spike. I need to get back in for the California play and WEB's lovely Licences. Welcome to MERC. It's not a fast SP mover, but as Scharnhorst points out, it's a stable ship and ready for the high seas. Also as Scharnhorst points out "no debt and plenty of cash" which could be made into a rap. "no debt and plenty of cash" ...""no debt and plenty of cash" "no SP whiplash" "But build to stand the crash" ...."plenty of cash" "word...!".
Good choice imo. As well as interesting plays they have defensive characteristics eg. growing fund business with 85% recurring revenue that market ascribes no value to. Also no debt and plenty of cash.
...for my ISA just now. Looks like they are undervalued and have some interesting assets. Also in fulness of time may get a mai8n board listing.
Lets hope Frank turns out to be value for money. I imagine he has shot over to nDream for a decent package.
You can start building a model of Richelieu, while you parlez with your new sanguine mates in St Nazaire, telling them how you escaped such an oppressive regime and later perhaps, play petanque into the late afternoon while watch the setting sun cast shadows on your U-Boat, moored up in the dock. .... "What in the name ...! "They've moved Eastenders because of the bloody Olympics" "I don't believe it ....!" "I'm not sure what this country is coming too".
I’m hoping for a simpler reality across la Manche, because je ne discute jamais la politique avec total strangers. I’m sure to see as many red faces but they’ll be sunburnt as opposed to gammon.
Eye opening appointment for nDreams. It must have been lined up for a while as he only left EA last month.
nDreams is a leading developer and publisher of virtual reality ("VR") games. Mercia holds a 35.4% fully diluted direct investment stake with a further 4.0% fully diluted stake held by Mercia's managed funds.
A nice asset with increasing potential. Especially as ("AR") is becoming increasingly problematic as we continue to S**T our nest.
