Amazing how the market knew and could short it ahead of time. Dirty place the markets

Ratings from customers are pretty good.
Don't compare to the likes of cheap Tesco ready meals but are good for likes of people who can't get out and don't have much fridge/freezer space.
Original private holders at original listing who sold some shares done well.
Too big too fast. Don't have any shares but if I did, I would keep them as this company might get back to basics again. They have a market. Just not an 80 mill market cap.
Wow, crazy change in spread at the end of trading, someone paid 1.4p!
I was joking when I said buy in before the spike. Who knew? The one time I predicted (guessed) something right and wasn't invested. Typical.
Not really, glad I wasn't in at the end, far too messy for me.

10p. That was mag ramping. He never learn the lesson
@ Mannan meant 10p but he was taking the **** out of mag_manus.
Looks like a good price now - get in quick and wait for the spike? Maybe not eh? :-)
Oh, what a laugh it's been here, some of these posts just cracked me up.
yikes just read the financials, massive losses constantly this company is heading for a fund raise to keep going or its bankrupt soon!
Anyone holding here? whats the buy case? what am I missing?
oh its sub 1p now
he means 1p I think and hit the zero key as it sits over the P key by accident.
Not a holder / deramper just passing through and noticed the post.

@ antlev - thanks, yes honest, just not very lucky! Not yet anyway, will keep trying though. One day....
Selling below a penny this morning (target achieved TF), but still a load of very small buys on the board, what is that all about?
I managed to lose a few £'s here - twice! Not my finest moments but then I've not had many of those yet, still learning the ropes and trying to find a strategy that works.
All a bit half-baked, much like the ready meals available here :-)
Interesting to see that some are still buying in, not sure what they're expecting to happen when this de-lists on 22nd?
Some very odd i.e. small quantities too, very odd.
@ Truthfactory predicted 1p prior to de-list, looks like he might be right.

They can actually buy them up both ways, but as you say it would be lot easier to buy up on open market, when you consider this is at its lowest price.
A bit of info re Asset Match, which I have some delisted shares on. Buying and selling is through auction and has to be via a broker. These are the trading rules. GLA,
To buy and sell shares in this company via Asset Match Private Market, you will need to use a stockbroker.
- shareDeal active
If you are a UK resident, our main broker and settlement agent for all CREST eligible companies on the AM Private Market is shareDeal active.
shareDeal active provide a competitively priced service for both certified and non-certified transactions. You can open an account online or by post using the form provided.
Alternatively, if you already have an account with shareDeal active and wish to place an order please contact the Dealing desk directly on 01892 510515 or deal online.
To sell a share certificate, the easiest way to trade is to set up a shareDeal active account online and once open post your share certificate with a completed CREST transfer form. Alternatively, you can open an account by post using the Asset Match Certificated Sale Pack which includes everything you will need.
It generally takes 5-7 days for your account to be open and shares
Art, that’s interesting information regarding assetmatch, thank for bringing it to our attention.
If I’m reading right the suggestion is that assettmatch will take your shares of MEAL at 2.65p with a 3% commission levy?
That’s above the current share price. Why don’t they just buy them all up?
What am I missing?
Thanks again :-)
https://assetmatch.com/app/OurCompanies/
I see that fastjet are listed here too and it gives instructions on how holders can trade/sell.
I am not a holder but am just trying to be helpful.
Which is the same as the 0.003p price when they delisted.
Parsley Box is already listed on Asset Match with a starting price of 2.65p and a m/cap of £1,923,807.57.
https://assetmatch.com/app/OurCompanies/
It is just a pity that the crooked management and Brokers/Nomad thought that the company was worth over £80 Million on listing.
"On 26 March 2021, Parsley Box announced a fundraising to both institutional investors and customers which has today completed. The fundraising, which was significantly oversubscribed and well supported by customers raised gross proceeds of £5 million for the Company and £12 million for selling shareholders. At the placing price of 200p, the Company's market capitalisation is approximately £83.8 million."
Existing shareholders made a cool £12 Million for a company that less than 2 years later is relisted at sub £2M.
I don't hold here but did make a profit on a recent trade.

Well done maggie 49 on IES and MEAL today - you certainly pick them.
..... are the gift that keeps on giving!
Magmanus & neil are genius because they manage to be both brilliantly hilarious and yet frustratingly annoying at the same time!
@ magmanus - I may be a terrible investor (no, I mean SERIOUSLY terrible) but I am rather good at English and being able to type coherently. What's your excuse?
Thanks guys.

TT - I did agree with you after dd on management (although most of the time i don;t agree with you on good ones that is). i made it clear in my post last week on my position here.
some are still buying, all to their own.
cine - not really. just putting this neil77 poster in place for misleading investors. telling last week/ and this week to hold for spike as they won;t win they win the vote. i can dig out his posts - but have others things to do. like dd on 10 others :)
i even sold my tiny holding i had for vote now - even that was in profit. ( forget the other 2 bags)
Mag anus having a bad day in the office.
I still agree with you TF despite my novice investor mishap.
Cottage pie in the face anyone?
Lol, decision reached on a “show of hands”. I talked about nefarious means being used to get the vote through and looking at the numbers, it’s quite staggering. But then most of us here knew the score.

How did they get the votes. Corrupt or what.
All done then…
Or maybe not, guessed that wrong too!
Mental note to self - don't give up day job!!
FWIW, surely all the results of the AGM will be notified by RNS in the morning, and not before then?
Good luck to anyone left holding here tomorrow, what the future holds for this is uncertain, and that's for sure!

Can you not read MAG A NUS as well as not being able to string a sentence together??
My post 2 hours ago clearly states I sold Monday.
No where in my history did I say I would be holding until the vote nor did I tell anyone else to buy.. unlike you and your atrocious history which Is all there for people to read.
Of course you still hole IES... you own one stock at a time and by your 30 posts a day it's clearly TRAF at the moment.
Doc83 and everyone else knows the amount of BS you chat and you still lost money even when lying. Its unbelievable.
Good night everyone!
And we all believe you Magmanus

People here are so stupid to whats going on here, even if the company does go public the directors to take the position fully private would still have to offer a substantial premium to entice any investors to part with their stock I believe, these private deals are becoming more common, the likes of asset match etc, have the ability for large holders of the stock to try and low ball the remaining 25% but if they are not in any particular rush eventually they will pay a price worth taking otherwise they wont own the company I believe, but do your own research of course, I recently sold my fastjet shares on asset match which I thought were worthless for £30/share, just because something comes off exchange doesnt mean its dead and has no value..people are making people believe this is the case, if you can afford to hold then it could be profitable in my opinion..

They have funny little rules with isa trades.
' I think brokers are trying to avoid small investors in getting caught out'
Really Claude!
You having a laugh! When have brokers ever thought about small investors. It’s simple they want as many trades as they can, and this is where they make their money. You should know if you’re investing…this is basics.
Yes I know thanks, just being vicious It’s something I am often caught out on leaving them to chose what I over pay by. It is usually a good sign but as I said I think brokers are trying to avoid small investors in getting caught out, like a due diligence thing. If it was going up it would be up this afternoon.
Monet - it stands for NEGOTIATED TRADE as in the market makers need you to feed through your order as they have no current stock to match you with. Always a good sign on the buy side to see means any order being put via NT will normally take the price higher. When there’s little to go around this is why we see constant NT and PME price monitoring extensions here. See some confident buys at full ask printed…

Halifax say too late to attend need to request an invite. So it will just be more like a compulsory meeting.
I think if you didn’t request an invite to attend and vote you will be amongst the thousands of small investors who won’t be bothered.
HH
I’m my own person a seasoned investor I don’t need to do anything pay your money take your own choice however as you’ve pointed out those pi holders won’t be selling either. They still hold them so haven’t gone to Board and why would they not vote ffs. Don’t forget other fund ii unconnnected to company who absolutely won’t want this as a private investment and they haven’t sold either during this period.
IMHO DYOR GLA BUYTHEDIP
With Profit Jock posting BOD need 40% of Votes as they only have 35%'and its me who needs to read a book!!!
Name me any company vote where on the premise of proposed delisting they’d only get 50% turnout don’t be ridiculous P!

Pukka pies are the best TF ;)
Times up - No declaration made no TR1s posted over the entire time since announcing means they won’t have enough to win. I believe they thought it was going to go easily without much other investors buying but instead they’ve seen a great amount of interest and buying up by private investors. Board have egg now on their faces. It was a stupid unnecessary exercise to try and go through with this and not in best interests of shareholders at all.
What will the rerate be tomorrow on failure to win? 10? 15? 20?
IMHO DYOR GLA BUYTHEDIP
Blades They hold 35.8% in concert but anyone buying who is doing so to add to the concert party will need to declare as they are a connected party to the board Of Directors
So far no declaration from anyone has been made at all but 35.8% won’t win the vote for them and as per RNS that’s all parties who’ve declared to act with Board. They can’t get away with buying and not declaring I think you’ll find FCA would certainly have something to say about that!
IMHO DYOR GLA BUYTHEDIP
The shares don’t have to be bought by just one person to equal 29% it says that in the RNS
And they don’t need 29% they will know who’s voting for and against especial the big holders and they already hold a good %.
Personally I would be amazed if it doesn’t get delisted.
We can all say we got 100k to put in, why on earth would you be so stupid to have 100k sat doing nothing and stick it in a penny share. Crazy. Pop down the casino, all you're portfolio is gambling. Meal, traf, cine, ies, mmag the list goes on. All aim garbage looking for an easy profit which in most cases wipes you out, all they are worth is a risky few grand and nothing more. All you're portfolio is made up of a 1 bit wonder.

The market upped the bid to sell their 3 pence shares! Those last 3 buys totalled £1500 x
nice little up tick. lets hope they don't get the delisting.
If the market didn’t want them
They wouldn’t be upping the Bid into close
3 x buys just gone through
At the full Ask
False information The BOD require 40% of the shares(Remember now?)

Now your telling Porkies Pumpky
If this company delists:your shares will be worthless:For this reason "(I am the owner of this delisted company 'I do not have to inform any shareholders of what I am doing/do not have to disclose price sensitive materials And have no interest in purchasing the minority of shares;I HOLD THE MAJORITY XX
I presume online paperwork these days would allow someone to buy shares Tuesday or Wednesday first thing and get the vote online.
If the vote is passed to delist did I read this is automatic rather than a given date after application to stock market.
Is price match delayed trading rather than our regular online snappy transactions. Will usual broker deal or is it via their company after releasing a price. All a bit unfamiliar to me.
Last week went down to 2.90 /3p rose to 7.5p in a day maybe a repeat before Wednesday
How many times have you said This will move this afternoon "? Hope it does, but suspect the opposite
I still think this is games being played this will move but a lot of fear so everyone follows the sells. this will move this afternoon
