Ip is worth multiples of mcap cpx I believe has a lot of potential value but the problem is as in a lot of cases it's the incompetent bod looks to like they intentionally trashed the sp tried to take the company to admin but were held back buy third party interest cooley bought a stake as did a few others.bod panicked as they could have been bought out quickly diluted and raised some money also bought in.so now what's going to happen next are they going to run cpx to its potential maybe there's a bid from third party or are they still going to try to run it to the ground will see
This suspension has happened because the shorters have sold high amount of shares banking on buying when the shares get issued which is not legal hence the suspension.if they have to buy back on open market then they will be in trouble
The bod issues rns possible no value crash sp
Iis sell out then coolers buys a stake and hey presto bod issue shares and buy 35k stake themselves
Is it possible they wanted to crash and buyout but didn't forsee the interest they recieved from cooley and panicked and saved company
I think there is some bidders with at least some interest here and this could get interesting

New director has a good record has also provided a 100k loan showing confidence of turning this around
I think it's good news rather than bad
A bit desperate are you short some concerns are definitely there needs government approval but this does look like the stepping stones are falling into place hopefully get there in the end
You spouting delisting suspension is just childish but may be you are

Jason cropper is a business man who probably sold for some other venture caused the dip here the new on 30th Jan should settle your nerves director bought at a big chunk 3.75 topped with 26 Moroccan licences this should pay well for those that have patience
Russell Thomson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company is a 50% shareholder, acquired 10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 3.75p per share.
It's still only 1.5 mill mcap with coalswitch tech in progression this should be 4 or 5p at least
Not much stock about m cap not even at cash level so no risk here can only go up hold until sellers dry up then hopefully we can see 2p at least
Hold on to your shares confirmation of money recieved rns tomorrow this should do a few bags at least from here
Bet you're thinking should've listened to that chap called Neil today
Company doesn't have much debt why would they need to do prepack would still need funding I reckon they will just get funding
