With regards to attracting partners or complete b/o is now very much plausible, so bigger players never look away from FDA Ophan Drug status and many of years of US market exclusivity designation. They wont be wasting their time here you see. The news will get around here. Its all about getting in early and holding for gold here now. Period.

FDA only grants Ophan Drug status when they know there is good chance of approval early on unmet medical need, and the 7 yeas years of US market exclusivity is huge gift.
