RE: FARN - Bexmarilimab11 Feb 2026 19:50
At this point, the stock is down roughly 70% from recent levels, despite no fundamental impairment to the lead asset. That’s a significant re-pricing driven largely by sentiment rather than clinical failure.
For those who accumulated below ~120p, the risk/reward from here looks materially improved. In the short term, a relief rally is possible as uncertainty clears. Longer term, value will hinge on execution and eventual approval — but if milestones are delivered, the upside from current levels could be substantial.
It’s also worth noting that the broader market was volatile today, which likely amplified hesitation and liquidity swings. Some holders may simply have rotated capital elsewhere.
From here, the key variables are:
S/H and Board agree on rights pricing - hopefully 175p minus 30% o fair value basis
Take-up levels
Continued clinical progress
The emotional and short phase of the move appears to have largely played out - more buys than sells — now it becomes about fundamentals and execution.
Any one buying yesterday and today off panic sellers wont be selling soon - they know what they have bought low on panic and purely troll induced.
