This supper one time opp buying in this low for drug that is so close to P3 and approval give past data and performance

Waiting for little dip off impatient to get in.

What changed

Final terms were less punitive than feared

Funds aligned to specific clinical progression/ milestones ahead

Selling pressure exhausted quickly

Outcome

Stock reversed and exceeded pre-announcement levels

And also note - this 60% off market cap is around £80M :)

They just said they want around 40M EU for below - so panic knocks off 80M when it already way below opportunity based NAV - i.e. that risk was already factored in here by approx. 4x-5x. Its was already below value.

Whoever bought the stock today and provide the funding when approved by board and s/h going forward will do very well here.

Interesting - they have their ducks lined up - there well ahead of the game here:

A simple rNPV-style range - pre apporval (as today) what funders will look at:

Using typical biotech assumptions (oncology biologic margins, discount rate, probability of approval for a Phase 2→registrational path), a plausible “today” value range for bexmarilimab as a single asset often lands around:

~approx. $500 - $900m today (risk-adjusted)

That range corresponds to peak-sales scenarios roughly $700m → $2.0b, with development risk still in place.

Deal-comp sanity check: Phase 2 hematology/oncology assets with standout response rates commonly see partnerships with hundreds of millions in total potential value, sometimes more — but the upfront is usually much smaller until registrational certainty is clearer.

Post approval the numbers would be significantly more.

So 60% off yesterday market cap is bonkers here now.
