Forgive my ignorance, but want there a settlement of 4.2 mn to be made from the sellers. The RNS say they were paid their legal fees. Will we get the 4.2mn or is that lost?

I don’t see the product on many pharmacy shelves in the UK, haven’t seen any in a few Boots chemists I go to in months. What’s happening? We need marketing so badly for this relatively new product to market. It will sell itself eventually with captive second time and more users, but we need marketing to get to the first time users! Please CEO, do something.
