With a potential outcome so close, I doubt MMs would want to drop the stock on the open as there isnt a massive float here, if they result goes in MPLs favour the MMs could be very short of the stock to deliver, potentially compounding any move. Would be spectacular..

Does anyone know this company Verici Dx has received New York state approval, I view this as a similar situation to Genincode but for Kidney testing rather than CVD, interestingly they state in the product can be rolled out to 50 states in the US, does this confer full FDA approval for Verici just via New York state approval, if so would this not be the case for GENI also?

So this company won a $150 million dollar settlement against Samsung only a few years ago. Main question here is where has the money gone? Also given this has cost Samsung so much you would think they would be a potential interested buyer of the company down at these levels? Anyone care to shed some light here? Also anyone got any good tips for ASCOT today//lol

This whole thing looks orchestrated pull down, nanoco seems like a good takeover target as there technology is quite niche and clearly has some commercial application due to the patent infringement wins. Probably they do need to clean the board out they clearly arent acting in the small shareholders best interests...

Looks like they are an advisory research firm. They are usually hired by mutual funds. They have probably been paid by the people who want this off the market. Last time I checked the voting were 21% Hargreaves Landsdown, this is probably retail, second is Interactive Investor at 13% Milkwood fund 8% halifax share dealing 4.85% barclays 4.5% then AJ Bell 3.88%

These holdings look predominantly retail who would probably want to vote NO to keep this on the market..

If anyone is attending this Mello event in Birmingham TCF I believe are presenting. Please could someone grill/ask what is going on with 1) the Stallica situation 2) SFX1. Millions has been spent trying to get this up and running, the preliminary trial results were from memory very good. I am less keen on this new pivot to mental health drugs etc although with new policy in the US could be an interesting move..
