the mcap is nearly 100m for a company that has little revenue, of course if one of its products has a use in this recent pandemic then this could be seen as cheap, but I think as with all ipos this may retrace a bit may look for a decent entry then, I know that CBD seems to be very in play as well as bios and the likes.

So does anyone know if the new shares in issue hit the market today? if they did this held up remarkably well, it seems though mcap and share in issue data hasnt changed on here though still states mcap at 1million with 456million shares..

Wasnt the data due for this in December? Why would it take this long to state whether there is an approval or not? I still see there to be legs in this even if they do not get what they are after.

This is probably a good question for Geotony, as he seems quite keen on this stock, what are the risks of this getting delisted from AIM and going exclusively to the Nasdaq only? I have seen similar with a company called Mereo biopharma, seems US are very supportive of bios seems like the minute any UK bio shows any half decent results they always seem to pander to the US market, curious to know peoples take on this..brgds

Are these not sells though? look at the price, this has been 40 something most of today, most these big trades are under 40. Even if they are sells wonder who is buying..wonder if a TR1 may be issued soon..

I think timing is important with this one, with the recent raise, does anyone know an approx value of where the share price would be if bitcoin where to push past 30k? at the moment based on historical analysis this is trading out of sync with bitcoin and has been higher when bitcoin has been lower than this if I am not mistaken, I am aware this does not actually do bitcoin I believe or do they?

thank you for your calculation, the long and short of it then we are looking at circa 4.5billion shares compared to current 1.5billion by the 22nd Feb? The cash surely is only as important as what they use it for, which in my experience with smaller companies mostly goes on director salaries and the sorts, but I did think this looks interesting from a green tech point of view. May wait to see which way this goes closer to the AGM..

doesnt the CULs convert at 0.05p? wont this hold the price back? I dont know why these companies use such complex methods of financing, really for an average investor this usually isn't in there favor..

This was a company I looked at, liked it at first, but they haven't done anything for months, the broker I think is TPI who have a terrible track record and seem to be only interested in massively discounted placings, look at the dilution microsaic holders have to look forward to, generally when I see toilet paper investments I steer clear

excusing my ignorance here, but the additional shares some say circa 5.5billion would dilute the existing 500million circa shares as they are being brought on at a discount 0.01p from memory so why would the share price rise from these levels, I would expect a retracement of sorts, unless sentiment was very very bullish. Not an expert as always found corporate actions overly confusing which probably is done intentionally at the detriment to PIs

think they need 14 days to call a GM and need to publish the AIM admission document etc, they also need the prerequisite share holder vote to push anything through. assuming the world hasnt ended by March, this might have been a very good investment prior to suspension, I think the shell seemed attractive to any prospect possibly due to the tax losses here, which I recall to be massive. Anyone know what happened to Iclarprim? I think Hercules took the share options in this which says a lot. I just think though this amongst other companies seem to be in a weird limbo, it feels like everyone is holding back on good info right now more than likely due to waiting on global events, ie trump, lockdown, covid, nibiru or any other potentially nefarious things that could affect equity markets in general.
