There was a gap of one week short of 3 months between the last two RNS releases, so with 2 months and one week since the last Dec RNS, is there really such a delay given that there were 4 items stated in the last RNS which needed to be completed ? ( not just the governor's signature ) Just over 2 months in Mongolian terms is not a very long time to complete 4 separate administrative procedures via their sclerotic ex-Soviet bureaucratic processes...
With very low volume since the last RNS, the MMs have taken the price down to previous support levels, as low volume = low interest. Interest and volume will only suddenly pick up on news.
Having said that, I would have preferred it if MATD had stated clearly how the governor had stated his willingness to sign. Was it a verbal pledge, or was it a pledge stated clearly in writing somewhere ? There's a big difference in terms of legal force one would assume.
Expecting good news, but NO buys from institutions, board of directors/MB!
NOTICE OF AGM should be given soon.
What are the rules on AGM. What is the time period allowed .
If PM was given a permission to prep the heron site. I can't why they can not give a temporary permit until all the paperwork Is processed
Company constitutions are the guidelines for each company in this matter. Still, country laws require that the AGM be scheduled within six months (five months in Australia) of the company’s financial year-end when the accounts have been audited.AGM notice periods by type of company:
Public (traded) — 21 clear days
Public (non-traded) — 21 clear days
Private (traded) — 21 clear days
Private (non-traded) — 14 clear days
Laguele, stop talking utter bllx and first learn to read and understand, permit is already given from the top authorities just needs local council to now sign off
You have no idea mate
Watch how many deramping posts now come in from the wasters who are blatantly trying to spread lies and fear to get in a few percent lower, shameless as a humans really,
One thing is for sure, we have been waiting a very long time for this to get sorted. The SP just gets lower and lower because nothing seems to be progressing.
I thought local government was ok and we need ministry of finance to release the fund!
I dont think local opposition is the anywhere like it was if the reports we received in the last RNS are anything to go by.
I still suspect it's more to do with the Finance Ministry having kittens over the thought of agreeing to a non standard compensation payment mechanism, particularly as it assists a "foreign company".
But anyway! WOS has guaranteed us an RNS this week and Cyber has another "strong feeling" it will be tomorrow, so hopefully we can rely on that for news this week!
Wow! That's a bit of a position shift from approximately weeks ago.
Cybertron, what converted you into an über ramper ?
Laguelle : So if it's all such a waste of time, and the problems are intractable, what exactly are you doing on here ? I presume you just enjoy the feeling of schadenfreude ?
I remember people at the time saying that the exploitation licence would not be granted - it was after lengthy delays.
I remember people saying that the special purpose designation would not be granted - it was.
This will be the same - as per the RNS, the governor his already stated that he will sign, and the other 3 items mentioned in the RNS are down to central government admin processes - and clearly they have already demonstrated that they are supportive of MATD. Clearly the special purpose designation wouldn't have happened if they aren't.
My post simply stating what Cybertron posted on 15/12 has been deleted?!
Honestly, LSE. Get a grip.
No brains DikDoc83 at it again lol
It's you who needs to get a grip btw. The BB is about Matd not the posters you dislike.
Mr Geo - very true 💯!!
