How many paid trolls and weak-willed idiots have gathered on this board, writing positive comments. With the trolls everything is clear. But where so many idiots came from? Who don’t understand that through fraud and corruption huge amounts of money and invaluable time have already been stolen from them. And tomorrow they will steal the company itself if they continue to dream about tomorrow’s jam instead of taking actions and saving the company and their investments immediately and right today. Incredible!
You need to understand that there are ALWAYS some who are in profit even at this low SP Manro. Whether they are shorting or just holding. The positive comments as you put it is has many reasons and they will never say anything else. Another reason is some are up to mischief and plain arrogance. NOT all though are trolls. The simple fact is many were driven by the prospect of PM drilling about two years ago. As this still a few months away many are just holding and hoping for the best.
Roxy2020, I have written about those positive LTH - idiots who don't understand that they have turned into sheep for to be shorn and slaughtered. And if they are taking themself as powerless to change anything, then they fully deserve the situation in which they are today.
And since you responded to my comment I want to ask you: why some LTH have putted like on my suggestion but no one, including you, reported that will take part in a protest at the Mongolian Embassy in London. After all, such an action will attract the attention of the main media as well as investors all over the world. Causing quite painful blow to all those who started this dirty game and can force them to stop stealing our investments. If we continue to think that nothing depends on us, then tomorrow the robbers will swallow the entire company, putting an end to all the rose-colored expectations of these LTH-idiots
"Anyone who agrees with me, please put a like on my post, prepare posters and meet at the Mongolian Embassy in London on May 31, 2024 at 11:00."
Manro you just asked whoever agrees with you put a like. You didn't ask to comment or say so.
1. Do we need permit from uk authorities?
I support you all the way except i am unable to be there for other reasons.
Please make sure you have your argument all laid out properly and not just emotionally that will get you no where i fear.
Hamm,
We do not need permission from the police or any other authorities to protest. The Human Rights Act and Articles 10 and 11 of the ECHR mean that the police have a legal obligation to facilitate your protest.
Ibiza28 or others who can't participate personally,
Instead of yourself you can send your representative to this action
How many are thinking of participating. I live up north and it's 5/6hrs by road.
If 20 of turn up then it's worth protesting
We may need some arguments written down.
What happened in the last 10 years or so and what we want to be done.
We need some posters do we need? Loud speaker?
It is a good idea if you can't come for any reason send someone on your behalf.
Someone may prepare a draft which can be send to MB, petrovis, BODs and Mongolia embassy in the uk to notify them of our decision ( demonstration) if land use doesn't granted immediately.
MB has been too weak. He had a chance to speak out in Bloomberg when invited and when he was a speaker in mining fair.
He just said " it took longer than we expected! " instead of saying that we have been waiting for 5 years we are going bust soon and that is disgusting.
Lol none of you will turn up, just go back to bed
Beat way is to run a campaign online. Lot more can see. Tiktok Facebook . That's the way .
The time has come for real public actions, not virtual tapping on computer keys.
We need to attract attention of the widest possible range of media and investors in the UK and abroad.
As for posters, everyone can do it themselves or order. And loudspeakers can be bought or rented
We should do that regardless of numbers. You may ask your friends/ family to join you for support.
We should get united to expose MG lack of foreign support.
MB should get himself to Mongolia and demand land permit now.
It is pathetic ditting in Singapore thinking everything would be ok.
He has been too comfortable for so long.
Just remind you that we have been waiting for 5 years and still waiting.
Petromatad has spend $100 million in the last 10 years.
To be treated like that isn't fair and it is not supportive as MB claims.
Manro, master
Is that ok to send this to Mongolia embassy in the uk?
Just let you know that a few petromatad shareholders in the uk have decided to have demonstration in front of Mongolia embassy. This is protesting against Mongolian government which has refused land use grant after 5 years waiting.
This is unacceptable and unfair. Mongolian government shouldn't have issued exploration license if unable to grant explotation permit. Petromatad has spent $100 million in the last 10 years and deserves to be treated fairly.
Please edit if needed.
Is not the problem that we have been approved not refused just that the government cannot get this signed off. It is sending all the wrong signals for Mongolia to the world that the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing and everything needs to be done twice and nobody knows who is in charge of what.
We have all the approvals but no permission despite full government backing because one person in a remote province will not sign what by all accounts has been granted.
I would also send a copy through to MB at PM more so that he knows just in case what we think is the case ie We have full government backing is not the case ie he has been spinning us a line.
"None of you will turn up, just go back to Bed" - LOL!
💯%
Hamm,
my answer to your question re sending email to Mongolia embassy is No. The time for asks and appeals has passed. We must, stop humiliating ourself. It’s time to understand that stopping robbery and theft with appeals is not only useless. Its deeply humiliating too.
Look what one such humiliated idiot writes and how he is supported by a paid troll “None of you will turn up, just go back to Bed.”
This troll is clearly worried not for himself, but for the MB and how, hiding behind lies, he has been parasitizing on our investments for 6 years, considering us weak-willed and incapable to act. And while we will endure this open robbery he will be right.
Therefore, it’s time to wake up and act without delay. Otherwise, soon the moment will come when we will bitterly regret that missed the chance to force the robbers to reckon with us and return the loot.
I think 20 people turning up outside the Mongolian embassy in London will attract zero media interest and have no effect or influence.
However, honest factual comments, made on social media posts aimed at attracting foreign investment to Mongolia, about the difficulties PM has faced (and continues to face) might.
The activists is running for an election. We might have a better chance with her.
What about if we all turned up as Yaks?
Aeschylus, no offence but when I write about sheep I mean people with a mentality like yours. Those who haven’t done anything yet but already sure that they can change nothing. Yes, a gathering of 20 people can go unnoticed. But without doing anything, you are already unnoticed and will remain so. Can this really suit a person who has at least a small sense of self-esteem?
In addition, if we fail to attract attention the first time, then why can’t we gather a week latter and not 20 but 120 people with our supporters around us. Not to mention that we can and should notify the main mass-media yet today about our upcoming action.
Manro. I didn't suggest doing nothing. I suggested responding to social media posts by those trying to promote the value of investing in Mongolia as I believe these are the only ones who will care and may have the power to influence. I believe in strategic effective approaches that gets noticed.
However if shareholders want to spend what ever it costs to get to London and shout outside the embassy for an hour (activity that will be of no interest to anyone who is not invested in Mongolia and will, if anything underscore how few people it affects) then of course that is their right.
Aeschylus, your suggestion of targeting those thinking of investing in Mongolia is spot on. In the upcoming election (28 June) both principal parties will be burnishing their credentials on improving investment into the country. The need to do so is highlighted in the latest World Bank report. The current government recently held a major event in Mongolia where Rio Tinto, of all companies, extolled the virtues of investing in the country (RT have had years of turbulence trying to manage a corrosive Mongolian investment climate!). One can only speculate on why RT spoke in defence of the country. There are multiple foreign investors tied up in legal proceedings or utilising other mechanisms to try and get redress from the way that they have been treated in Mongolia . The Mongolian courts cannot be trusted to be impartial (read the US State Department report on Human Rights etc) and to deal fairly with foreign companies with grievances. Yet foreign organisations are being lured into investing in a country that they are almost universally incapable of managing levels of corruption (again see the US report) and the consequences which stem from this. MATD I fear is a victim of this environment. The way to get the Mongolian authorities to listen and act on concerns is to dissuade those thinking of investing in the country by bringing to their attention the myriad pitfalls of investing. Anyone who has any potential media connections could do worse than flag this up.
MON - all completely irrelevant. We have a Plan A and a Plan B!
"The way to get the Mongolian authorities to listen and act on concerns is to dissuade those thinking of investing in the country by bringing to their attention the myriad pitfalls of investing." What a great idea - or an attempt to reach the left ear through the right Lol..
We must think about ourselves and not how to protect others. And do everything to force these Mongolian robbers and their henchman MB to reckon with us, stop the robbery and force to return the loot.
