Doc, I think MB is very soft. He doesn't speak out. He hasn't criticized MG at all. He had all chances but missed.
He shouldn't have done any drilling etc when oil was found 5 years ago till we get H1 sorted. He wasted all the money. Raise after raise and we are where we are. He still doesn't understand he should play hard ball. He should stop talking about renewable, new land permit etc till H1 is sorted if ever.
Hamm - we’ve had UK government support. Ministers and ambassadors all trying and seemingly failing.
I see WOS with his usual posts criticising members on here who have been right for years now. I am now of the opinion we will miss the start of drilling season.
Perhaps when you've been here no sorry a holder for more than 7 or 8 months you'll understand where some of us come from and it isn't every day, check posting history, remember you have power over your mind not outside events 😜 GLA
Sounds the only chance to get LP sorted is UK government support.
They couldn't have done that to Chinese.
Petrochina can do anything they want and have had no problem but for MATD everything should be by the book which doesn't exist!
Cybertron moaning about people moaning is a bit ironic
Something amiss? Probably just the turgid red tape they are strangled up in.
It seems any creative solution carries risk to reputation if things are not done by the book, but they can't do things by the book as their rules and regulations are totally unaligned!
What a country!
Lol are you guys going to post every day stating no news again? Already commenting on so many levels of negative how about have a break and post it on a weekly basis rather then daily
Different level of posters here 😂
Deadly silence as matd has got nothing to say!
Thanks to MG support!
How could MB keeps saying the government has been supportive is beyond me.
2 months and still no news.
Elections in june....
Could easily be next excuse to hold up the proces further...
Then they need money for renewables.....
Part by debt but remember interest rates are high so more equity could be cheaper. Fundraise closer imho
Deafly silence on news, anyone else fear something not so good inbound?? GLA
If the herders need money now then why MG release the fund? And give us LP!
WOS. It is down almost 30% on one month ago, so either yes it is oversold or no the market does not trust Budd or the fundamentals in play here.
This has been going on for years and still MATD is not in position to point at real production. Just hopes
Oil $83+
Researchandhold said //BP is like a stain on humanity//
Aeshchylus - WOS just makes things up & calls it research don't you know?
Magnai trade got their permit via cpurt case now they are pursuing compensation.
Magnai Trade Ltd. is participating in the court case demanding 2.5 billion MNT from the Governor of Dornod Province.
The company is suing the court for damages due to non-drilling of oil wells in Choibalsan Sum area since 2019.
The area called Bayantumen 17, which has signed a PSA agreement with the Government, is a huge area covering a total of 7 sums, and in this area, there are more than 30,000 units of land owned and owned by citizens for winter, spring, and family use, and owned by enterprises and organizations. coincides.
Also WOS, could you explain why, when the last RNS said that an alternate compensation payment method had to be agreed by the Finance Ministry (or would have to go through the extremely slow process of payment via the budget) and to date there has been no update on the Finance Minister's decision, you feel qualified to state that:
"Petro Matad have no major issue to overcome or anything like this - all this is done - it is just waiting now for final signature thru issuing department".
F Dornod Province.
The company is suing the court for damages due to non-drilling of oil wells in Choibalsan Sum area since 2019.

Thanks WOS. You make good valid points particularly over land ownership. Just one question as I'm interested in how things work. What system or mechanism tells you the PetroMatad shares are Oversold? It's a genuine question.
Many thanks
Header say all and where do I start? Lol
Blind lead blind i think with Investment Law Amendments lol - anyone who follow developments in this understand it have NOTHING to do with Petro Matad LP!
Very strange to see comments & ask why this people do not do or understand basic research / intel.
New Investment Law have many parts but main issue of amendment is definition for people of Land Ownership / Use AND Timeframe.
This is mainly around 60 years to increase to 100 years. Petro Matad permissions all in place and around 25 years. This discussion thru Govt have been going on for months back & forward to Parliament for amendment.
Now BB poster decide to make it issue but does not understand it anyway - no wonder small private investors lose money in Markets LOL!
Petro Matad have no major issue to overcome or anything like this - all this is done - it is just waiting now for final signature thru issuing department.
Header RSI say all - this is HEAVILY OVERSOLD so think when it bounce will be strong one. Is it big issue if timeline prediction bit out of major point is to get all in time for drilling season?
Posters on BB make big noise and no wonder Mr Mike Buck get frustrated also - like RNS say all Central/Local govt, Herder, Matad Citizen group issues sorted, Money sorted & plenty if time to get LP before drilling season start.
Investment have not change & is probably one of safest investments on Aim market even if lot of illogical chit chat by posters 😂
Be Wise 🦉
I suspect we're rapidly getting to the point where it's so close to election, that it's very unlikely we'll receive any sort of permit until after the votes are counted
Thanks JtB and m82 - I agree
Yes Pilsbury. We are just waiting for the local governor to sign LP..
The only time The new investment law will affect PM is if the local governor starts playing up.
My take on it = and aimho it appears to me that some laws regarding land use and ownership seem to have been omitted from latest draft law submitted to parliament which were meant to be discussed in the last session of parliament in autumn and has been adjourned until the spring sessions start as some of the laws contradict the Mongolian constitution, perhaps that's why the delay, obviously with the elections due very soon it all sounds quite controversial hence the silent treatment from MATAD and further delays on news. There is a lot to take in but until MATAD rns us the info we've waited a long time for we are at there mercy, unfortunately. GLA
Hi Jimthebrush
Excuse my ignorance but what is the link tell us? I have read the detail and feel this is all rather confusing when Cabinet have given approval to Matad and we just wait for one signature from local representative. Please explain.
Mr Doc
When you admit the only input you have on BB is to criticize individual posters AND that yiu say re:posting "all fair in love & war".
This explains your devious approach maybe.
My timeline maybe wrong (this is opinion base) but my fundamental investment reasoning is solid.
Be Wise & focus on INVESTMENT! 🦉
