Do you think Charlie might step in last minute with some dynamite news and blow the lid off the sp,or will he continue to back peddle until he sees his mega income land in his account, keep your spirits up there is still hope while we breath enjoy the day dyor.
What's the thing with these ridiculously binary positions? The share's either doomed to collapse under the weight of it's own pitiful transience or it's flying to the moon with Bezos and Musk on a rocket made out of dividend income.
Is there any nuance left in the world or did it all fall in a big hole?
What will Charlie first word will it be mama or papa,or will it be lloyds divi will be returned ,what are you expecting from Charlie?put it on a postcard and address it to santa north pole,ho ho soon be xmas enjoy the day.
At last my holding is showing green again like the grass in Hyde park looking good, some interest rate fertilizer might help it to grow have a great day.dyor
Nice to see the grass getting greener by the day, hope this new growth continues,a word from Charlie or the boe on rates might just be the fertiliser needed, dyor.

Usual weekend update
I started this fantasy portfolio in 2016 to challenge various poster's perception that Lloy is 'the worst share ever', 'better else where' or a 'dire share',
On the 8th Oct 2016 I invited WL/Newchurch to choose an alternative ftse 100 company, so I could run a comparison
On 8th Oct 2016 - 1000 quid bought 206 BP. shares & 1905 Lloy shares
Today's value
BP. 206 @ 341 = 703
Lloy 1905 @ 49.2 = 935
In April 2017 Invest4life suggested I add Glencore -
On 22-4-17 - 1000 quid bought 335 Glen shares & 1553 Lloy shares
Today's value
Glen 335 @ 368 = 1233
Lloy 1553 @ 49.2 = 763
In July 2017 Nucky suggested I add RBS/Natwest -
On 12-7-17 1000 quid bought 384 Nwg & 1512 Lloy
Today's value
NWG 384 @ 219 = 840
Lloy 1512 @ 49.2 = 742
In July 2017 Utrickytrees asked that I add BARC -
On 30-7-17 1000 quid bought 479 Barc & 1504 Lloy
Today's value
Barc 479 @ 195 = 933
Lloy 1504 @ 49.2 = 738
In Sept 2018 Motley Fool recommended Diageo over Lloyds
On 9-9-18 1000 quid bought 37.3 DGE & 1704 Lloy
DGE 37.3 @ 3826 = £1427
Lloy 1704 @ 49.2 = £837
In April 2020 Theosus asked that I add Circassia -
On 14-4-20 £1000 bought 3891 CIR & 3058 Lloy
CIR 3891 @ 41.1 = £1599
Lloy 3058 @ 49.2 = £1501
In April 2020 TheBoard asked that I add RollsRoyce -
On 25-4-20 £1000 bought 322 RR. & 3367 Lloy
Today's value
RR. post 10for3RI 1073 @ 143 = £1534
Lloy 3367 @ 49.2 = £1653
This week's observation - Markets - fantasy stocks pretty much flat, Covid Infections dropping - hospital cases & deaths remain low-ish/steady, COP26, Gov stumble over sleaze, Lloy continues to withhold shareholder funds
A very basic comparison that does not include divi yield, IMO those still suggesting Lloy is 'the worst share ever' or a 'dire share' seriously need to examine their concept of investing.
Real deal
30-3-20 I bought 15,000 Lloy @ 33.606 = £5040
Current value -
LLoy 15000 @ 49.2 = £7365 = +~48% over ~19 months

Asp
Surely the divi yield should be included " Lloyds share worst " ? . Lloyds bottom line is probably very good but not pushing share price up . All vague & opaque .
" seriously need to examine their concept of investing " you wrote that asp ! .
Same as them leaving money in the bank and not a building society, or premium bonds at 1%
The most amazing thing for me on the fantasy portfolio, is the almost unbelievable news that Motley Fools actually got something right!
