Where do you see recovery peak Banker2
Interim results are I think 17th May.
Does anyone know what day the results are due?
Hang in there, I've been following the stock for a while now, I personally think the business has good potential, however I do see the stock possibly facing a volatile SP in the next few weeks. Maybe, it'll edge a bit a lower to around the 45p mark, before tidying up and riding a bullish trend. If so, agree with greatjensen and think 65p may be possible in the near future. GLA
Hope your right greatjenson although falling a little now mate.
Slowly SP will go up to 65p :)
Nowhere near the bounce I was hoping for. EGM felt promising but diluted to farce.
can see few big buy, share price must be going up soon!!!
it seems not much buy and sell here?
Interesting development. Adjournment of tomorrow's EGM. Don't know if their 'agreements' go far enough to appease the discontent. Personally I was looking forward to Slater investments coming on board. Does anyone know if any of the NEW board members are linked to Slater investments?. Guess it's wait and see time. Really hope Paul from Stockopedia comments soon.
What did you decide? fingers crossed for a bounce!
Fingers crossed!
Have casted my vote. Right or wrong it's done. Really hoping the result can cause a BIG bounce.
Steve Rawlings started this company and is fighting to save it. The current board have spent the year making bad decisions and ravaging the value of shares. What will you vote for..... almost as perplexing as Europe !
The current board has made such a mess of the company and they are fighting for their careers not for the company. In one year their governance has halved the value of a stock which was ( and still is ) full of value and promise. A change is definitely needed and Steve Rawlings has gathered together a great team to turn things around.
Slater is a very shrewd investor. I'd back his judgment over the board's. They had their chance and as a result the SP fell. They are saying it's all very well and we now are on target. Trust us! - Trouble is how can we when their credibility is shot
I think the company today is more of a services and maintenance company. There are 3 new NEDs being proposed. Steve Rawlings is only of these and doesn't seem to want to run the company. See Https://audioboom.com/boos/4397170-small-cap-investors-david-stredder-of-sharesoc-on-lakehouse-accesso-other-small-caps
I really don't know how to vote. I appreciate Steve Rawlings is very clever man who started Lakehouse. His knowledge of house building is as good as any. But the Company today is much more than just a house builder. Just who is best placed TODAY to help LH as a multi departmental construction company ?
I know what I am going to vote for.. come on Steve Rawlings sort them out!! we need to vote though to make it happen!
Its quite entertaining and having got in at 39p - quite fun. But seriously how the board can defend themselves against a background of dismal failure and a share price that's fallen through the floor is hard to believe. Hopefully it will be good riddens to them all!
Today's RSN is worth a read, but please also read Paul Scotts' small cap value report on LAKE. He has explained carefully. I still think this stock is going to do well.
Thanks very much beefykeithy. Good to know. Encouraging to hear of their endorsement. I got in very early after release so was facing high losses but bought in again at rock bottom to dilute the average.
