Seems market hasn't woke up yet to this, been in for over a year now and price pretty stable and feel there is accumulation going on. company has been getting the contracts and the re-org will soon be complete so expect some good results which will help it along.
High value contract win but market is luke warm over the news. Technically though, LAKE is bullish and should head higher in time. Wait and see.
nice to see a bit of action on this one for once
Wow someone didn't like the annual report nearly a million quid shifted yesterday. Not a great outlook and worrying times ahead.
Some good results out today, debt reduced considerably, 0.5p dividend. This next year should see some real growth
Bit of interest and increase in volume recently, if what was set out in last years goals is achieved this will move up possibly 30%. A good all round company in the process of growing.
Any particular reason for 32? Yearly results due soon, if goals achieved we should see a decent lift if not will see a small drop, my only concern is Lake's position in the outcome of Grenfell Tower enquiry. This is a good growth share though.
Waiting for 32 then i'll get in
not desperation just another shrewd move by Bob Holt and team. Reducing the debt makes perfect sense, as the core divisions return to profit and institutional investors continue to increase their holdings. We should see the SP above 60p by the summer
No logical business in the world would sell off there only profitable decision whilst in rocky waters. This is a last throw of the dice to keep things going for another year before brexit slams a lid firmly on the services division. It's desperate times and desperate measures to sell that contract and obviously there in much more trouble then we know of
Very encouraging RNS Not least the sizeable contract wins but also the divestment of the Orchard Fuels Division slicing away a sizeable chunk of the debt at a stroke.
Contract win
Its not that bad, as the RNS stated Lakehouse maintained the fire alarm, but didn't design it or even decide if the specification was suitable. There is no suggestion that the alarm didn't work. The Hackney council letter is dsappointing, but as Lakehouse noted in their RNS some of the disputed work they did for Hackney was sound and they are making good on the rest. This was the result of a complex fraud by individuals connected with a sub contractor.
This is not looking good. Maybe some of the works carried out would of been done before mr.hoults tenure however these are grave allegations and something that could tear a company and its reputation apart. If true about faulty fire alarm systems and various faulty equipment provided from lakehouse then it becomes a criminal investigation with corporate manslaughter charges being handed to board members who authorised the fraud which led to innocent lives being lost. Moving on every other lakehouse development and management needs to be put under scrutiny and investigated so nothing like this can ever happen again m.
It's creeping up. No speculative chaos on this one, and that to me is the best way a share price can progress.
LAKE broke 47p resistance today and is therefore heading higher unless there's bad news.
COO sells 1/3rd stake to net £1m. However, share price today rose by 4.65%
Received a letter from HSBC Stockbrokers this morning informing me that Lakehouse is delisting from AIM ! Moreover, they tell their clients that after 2 May 2017, "...there will no longer be a market facility for dealing in the Ordinary shares and no price will be publicly quoted for them..." You can always rely on HSBC Stockbrokers for accurate and timely 'information' .... !
For what it's worth, there's a luke warm review of LAKE from Steve Moore Sh*re Pro*hets today. DYOR
LAKE rose today not because of AIM abut because it was awarded a £39m contract with Scottish Power. That is significant business if it can turn it into a profit.
I'm surprised to see Lake up 12% on this news. Is it much less costly to be on AIM?
it is already doubled since the lows
Going above 42p today and gapping to the upside shows more to go. #bullish
Thanks for this Rivaldo.
