they obviously are particular about who they cover SKid as they have SRT marine listed, also repeatedly tipped and followed by your favourite IC share journo Simon Thomson, (un-paid) they are now a global tech company selling marine domain awareness systems and products and have the same issues with gov contract timings and lumpy order book, and it's been a long journey for them also. But even though they've announced a very large imminent
Contract, their share price has taken a battering. All Started from a small office in a village 10 miles out of Bath, and now arguably the dominant AIS and marine nav systems player out there. So ST does get it right sometimes.
Unfortunately Mike paid for analysis.

Firmly on the head.
Should say scarfell
Scarcely. Nail firmly and n the head.
David Cameron would be your man . He knows when to sell stock just before it crashes all 10 million of it!
The New all time low just got lower. I'm coming to the rapid conclusion it's not worth buying these small companies with great potential (including Versarien). So few of them seem to succeed. I would be better off becoming a problem gambler - I want some politician to stand up in parliament and declare that investors should be protected from unscrupulous small companies (with CEOs that pay themselves too much).
Important to split out
1. Individual purchase orders, which the RNS is for and where they should get around 5-10 of these a year for combined values below or around $1m, which they arent.
2. Multi year agreements with estimates values, and the customer calls of say 3 months supply. The multi year revenues are not contracted and are not backlog.
Kmk have always deliberately overvalued the later and never contract with real purchase orders to the level they have stated.
Really difficult to understand contracted backlog they haven't taken to revenue, this is on top of any trust I have in contracts they have taken to revenue.
So disappointed having held this company for over 2 years and it has delivered nothing.
Zero leadership.
Putting out an RNS for such meagre contract wins smacks of desperation. With such a poor operating margin, I doubt this will cover the CEO's monthly salary and expenses. If they are trying to shore up the SP for the next cash call, they will be sorely disappointed. Anyone with a target price in the 20's is living in cloud cuckoo land.
Who’s bovered anymore?
Equity Develop.,,,In your dreams, what weird comments. Value sp 26p. Crazy stuff..It is smoke and Mirrors. Time to wake up and face reality, this is a dud company without direction or Management. Boffins in dreamland. If they have anything to sell and produce they lack basic skills to do the latter. This sp has remained, with steady deline, for several years now. The "Market" is not stupid.

When you have a failed BOD and senior leadership team such as kmk, cash on the bank (not revenue) is all that matters.
That’s just the way it is now, and I suspect will be for at least two years.
Say no more!
Optimism is now a dead and how many more turning points will there be. I would love to eat my words!!
I think pending new contracts will be turning point as sign posted at interims…
Good to see an optimistic outlook. I guess we need to wait for H2 results
As the acronym suggests, Kromek’s technology in the CBRN segment detects a wide range of threats, from radiological to biological hazards. These are united by two common themes: practicability – making ultra-high performance detection devices compact, robust and easily-deployed – and connectivity – enabling data sharing and analysis, to facilitate rapid response.
A number of recent events and reports around the world serve as a timely reminder that Kromek’s CBRN technology has urgent practical application – in both Radiological detection and Biohazard detection.
At the start of FY23, Kromek noted that it expected “a substantial year-on-year increase in revenue”. H1 results and prospects for the second half reaffirm this outlook, indicative of >40%YoY growth, to record revenue levels. In addition, we anticipate that the inflationary, exchange rate and supply chain pressures which impacted H1 23 profitability having stabilised will continue to ease.
Our forecasts remain unchanged, as does our Fair Value of 26p / share.

And why the big buying today. Fake, ffs!
Why do some sales show as sold when they are actually buys.
13-Mar-23 14:15:18 7.77 27,279 Sell* 2,120 O Today was actually a buy. I know for a fact.
Thanks indeed for your efforts MrWB. Cunning people you were trying to get straight answers from.. I was stunned to learn that the BOD cannot control the sp .Must have been a shock to all my fellow shareholders ! Forgive the sarcasm. Seems they are not responsible for anything and continue to claim the future is full of promise We have learned the hard way,it is only full of promises.
Many thanks to MrWB for your efforts.
BOD have chosen which questions to answer, answered them as briefly as possible and skirted around the questions. Iknut has it the nail on the head in previous post.
I wish that’s all I had purchased. 10,000 shares hahaha
We been manipulated to the highest degree by a bunch of Basu Bu11sh177ers and they continue to do so.
Disgraceful!!
So the cfo invested £10000 in his wifes name. Bit like me putting £1 on the fav. at Cheltenham. A real vote of confidence Puzzled as to why BOD are rarely allowed/able to buy shares. That was the reason given assuming the feed-back here is correct. I tend to believe what my fellow scribes here state rather than the very rare output from Durham/BOD.
