Anyone got link or text for Times article ?
Was pleased they said that the recent orders help underpin the current years revenue growth plans, all seems financially on track. The current game changer IHMO is the medical imaging progress that the market doesn’t seem to have recognised. Another contract in that space would be a massive boost and I suspect numerous deals are under discussion with KMK being the only independent supplier of CZT globally and the urgency to shift to CZT next generation detectors. The pathogen detection commercialisation has been slower than hoped but some very positive signs - if KMK also penetrated here I expect we would be a £billion company but the sooner they partner up in this sector the better I feel. Nice to see improved analysis and sentiment since I last looked at this board. IMHO DYOR

I don’t understand why the company isn’t pushing to purchase its own shares with debt financing. This would rapidly propel the share price and availability of financing for this purpose I don’t see as being difficult given Kromeks position.
Just an opinion which I expect to be shot down with comments on availability of debt finance as company finalising existing trading funding.
Yes I did, was useful although they are not able to give any new material information in such forums for obvious reasons. Am hoping more new investors bring fresh analysis to the table. GLA
Thanks Mike. Hopefully get some fresh perspectives on Kromek now. Comments in the article you have posted (both the bits you have pasted and elsewhere in the article) are a new input to me. Hopefully get fresh comments from others on forecasts and value realisation scenarios.
Hi Skid
Yes hopefully brighter prospects now. I think Execution risk is now low and the new Tier 1 contract on its own should be much larger than the current £58m contract that is being executed. I can only see corporate restructuring for Kromek - spin offs, merger, take over etc as profits ramp with new wins and completion of the implementation timeline of 18/24 months for recent/ new wins in the medical field. Predators tend to swarm at some point as clarity of future longer term cash generation emerges. End of 2025 into 2026 should see real lift off in profits.

I think the only way to analyse Kromek is to review the Analysts forecasts and reach you own opinion. I suspect analysts will increase forecasts as more contracts are won, as always it is easy to knock forecasts hence best to review in detail and make you own amendments.
The billboard here has been quite toxic historically with clashes of personalities and agendas. Hopefully better analysis going forward.
Good luck all.
Same Truthfactory and think this is the worst possible time to sell and offer cheap shares to market. Cash now sorted.

Think only sensible option is either to vote in favour and hope this is the final watering of all the green shoots or
to sell and move on…..a dilemma…..
Unbelievable mismanagement……..
Actual trading spread if you place orders is much smaller….
Excellent news this morning on the new order and wider market penetration. Well done Kromek.
Agreed Skid need management now to execute. The recent news could lead Kromek to be throwing out £10m to £15m EBITDA in 12-18 months with other OEMs possibly also going to on board. Only then will we see 30p etc but need signs of execution in coming months and also confirmation on funding - personally I would like to see a small debt/equity raise to give more working capital headroom in the medium term and then that’s it. If I was an OEM acquiring Kromek could well make sense.
Execute….. IMHO DYOR GLA

I always think one of the OEMs could create a strategic market advantage by acquiring Kromek - maybe the spread of shareholders makes this difficult and also hard to build
up any sizeable holding on the open market. Certainly if I owned a sizeable OEM this would be high up on my list to assess. iMHO DYOR GLA
Thanks Mike - the fact that Kromek have been delivering against this contract on a continuous basis must have given others confidence and is a significant recurring revenue stream. Obviously wouldn’t expect Kromek to issue details of whether they are exceeded or not the original forecast volumes…. IMHO DYOR GLA
