Kromek Group plc
Kromek and Analogic Announce Collaboration Agreement to Develop Next Generation
Computed Tomography (CT) Detector Technology
CZT-based Photon Counting CT technology is poised to enable imaging and detection breakthroughs
not achievable with conventional technology
Kromek Group plc (AIM: KMK) and Analogic Corporation today announced they have entered into an agreement to collaborate on the development of next-generation Cadmium Zinc Telluride (CZT) based detector solutions for Photon Counting Computed Tomography (PCCT) applications in the medical imaging and security sectors.
Certainly a busy week for KMK:
A 7 year deal to supply its CZT-based detectors to a Tier 1 OEM is great news + a new Tier 2 collaboration + solid trading update. Pending more detail we retain the near-term outlook and a Fair Value of 26p/share, as you can read/hear below
https://www.equitydevelopment.co.uk/research/major-medical-imaging-agreement-trading-update
Nice to see this company has a 1bn usd market cap. So at least credible
Do the CZT detectors work on orange powder or belle nds. Perhaps they used him when them
Edred Whittingham bet your dads proud of you . Embarrassing .IN MOST OF THE PAPERS TODAY
This contract broker values at anything from 9p
to 20p a share. This is one incremental contract only …… other medical OEMs likely to adopt CZT from Kromek…. Then there is existing business which covers costs so from here anything g is incremental EBITDA…. Smiths link up and accelerating demand in other product areas.
Just read thro' the Finncap research note out late this afternoon and it's the most comprehensive and full writeup I've seen on Kromek and it's CZT potential yet, a very well written research note, things should get very interesting from here on in...
a must read for any serious investments here.
Very positive research note - looking very positive, am sure even the most pessimistic must be happy today.
Note putting some crazy numbers on today's rns, but way out in the distance over the horizon.
Seems to imply an initial collaboration agreement rather than any immediate commitment to supply, now where have I read that before from KMK ???? So as usual there is little real substance which can be called a firm contract with dollars attached.
Main hope is the "collaboration" is paid for and cash neutral in the short / medium term.
I just purchased at 6. If it goes to 8 happy days.
If not sell at 5. Easy
8p? ST was encouraging his newbie followers to buy in at 9-10p a mere few months ago.
Great predictions yet again. Maybe those "lucky" to have bought in at 8p will get their money back.Others can reduce their losses. Less of a basket case now than before this news, but nothing to celebrate.
WHAT IS THE COMPANY NAME THEY HAVE DONE THE DEAL WITH.
The two RNSs today are clearly encouraging but the shares may drift back until RNSs start to say that Kromek is profitable, rather than just cash neutral. I bought in at about 15p so I suspect I will have to wait quite a while before I break even.
At this bombed out price, it must be a distinct possibility. As one of the very few companies producing CZT detectors, Kromek must surely be in the cross hairs of a few predators. Not to forget that Canon paid $335m for Redlen not that long ago.
Not if you are holding for 8p it isn't
Haha. .08p, it don’t come close to breakeven for LTers. However, it seems s great news. Onwards and upwards!

Rns on multi year contract especially now without $ values, been here before with kmk got the t shirt.
Second rns, as usual with kmk the devil is in the detail not the headline, but on the face of it positive.I
As usual with kmk it's about delivery, not talking about delivery.
Hopefully at least makes it to 8p
