Everybody appears to be keeping their powder dry perhaps as muted by Obs.
When’s the AGM ?
Hi Mer, I think it was August ish...long way to go yet :(
One could call anEGM with a bit of coordination!!
The bid bonus for shareholders is that Bod have been buying shares each month and must be seriously underwater here
Mer I would bet my bottom dollar they sold out. They would not need to disclose if they had. #notrustinthem
@mr.james: "Mer I would bet my bottom dollar they sold out. They would not need to disclose if they had."
If you are referring to our directors, UK rules oblige them to disclose details of their dealings.
Above or below a certain percentage?
All dealings.

Thanks for that obs and the link, I’ve bookmarked it :)
That is very good news.
I suppose they could have been selling 5,000 euros worth of shares each, each year and not have to notify:

A Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) of an

those that are closely associated with them are required to:
Notify the FCA of every transaction that has been conducted
on their own account relating to the shares or debt
instruments, derivatives or other financial instruments linked
to that issuer or EAMP. This applies to transactions once the

This must have come very late on 24th . Is it relevant.....we don't discuss Emh much at all and yet we have a large chunk of it next to our jv partners at Bcn. It's large and it's progressing with CES and awaiting imminent news...
Perhaps this is another 'keep your powder dry' asset :)
It's an ongoing monthly reporting obligation of any ASX dual listed co'......
looks like emh have updated their website since i posted this link on 12feb...
https://www.europeanmet.com/capital-and-shareholders/ ...
I have contacted EMH and CEZ are completing due diligence.
Looks like HAS have the same obligation with 2 more asx announcements after hours
Yes...They have to be reported within 5 days of month end I believe.
On that link to Emh new website why has Cadence and Kiran been left blank on the shareholding? The other directors are noted
Just looking at that...From EMH accounts September 2019...
Mr Morzaria has 200,000 direct interest in CDIs. Mr Morzaria is a director and chief executive of Cadence Minerals Plc which owns 27,896,470 CDIs. Mr Morzaria has no control on the acquisition or sale of the shares held by Cadence Minerals plc.
Interesting..
The photos on the header page with the pen on the rock...:) what's it pointing to, I know what it looks like !
