We got our own solicitors because Ganfeng are fighting for their own interests / share of the project not ours.

So I guess we're trying to save solicitors fees and only file if Ganfeng win their case.

@jimb2 The request for consultation is a required preliminary step before international arbitration can be initiated (filed).

The only 2 ICSID filings are for....

Ganfeng and it's Subsidiaries.

Estate of COE.

So we are a year and a half behind Ganfeng's filing.

Yes @Bannor it was my stance and argument at the time, that we wouldn't get a partner or financing without a DFS. (It was only Amapa at the time).

But the position was always to raise funding for the DFS

We initially toyed with raising the then $7M to fund the DFS ourselves, obviously our SP at the time would not support that.

In 2023 the plan was to complete the DFS by year end of 2024...

"PBA, DEV and TCIDR will now develop a roadmap to seek to secure the financing for the DFS." They failed to secure the funding and the DFS was kicked down the road.

Then in an interview March 24...

KM: "So what we've done and with discussions with these and er any potential partners, equity and debt financers is discussing the requirement for a DFS, so at the moment what was the view is um is that the DFS or will get rolled into the implementation phase in 2025."

That aside regarding further delays to the main projects DFS, they do now appear to have a tangible roadmap to achieving it.

Maybe @Bannor, yet the plan is to fund the DFS for Amapa out of our cash flow from the Azteca plant once it's up and running!

From presentations KDNC 30% share of the Mexilit JV concession (NPV $90M) equates to $30M.

Strange that SEMA have not even responded to the request after more than 4 months....

Yes, when Indo Sino were looking for an investor.....it was Riverfort Global who introduced us.

I was of the opinion those conditions had to be met for us to take our initial 20% and then the further 7%...

So why haven't they shipped any of it....instead of diluting us to keep the lights on?
