ex div date is 14 October, 16 October is for been on the register and payment of divi is 16 November.
Here is a link to their web site http://www.johnsonplc.com/ Like most companies they have cut costs and reduced debt all be it slightly the big change is they are paying a divi of 0.25p first since 2006 ex div is 16 October paid in November, still looking will post more later. Here is a link to their Interims presentation. http://www.johnsonplc.com/furniture/cms/documents/Interim%20Results%20Presentation%2009%2009%2009.pdf
Many thanks for your techs :-) Level2 was at a solid bid of 19p on Friday and after a quick look at the charts and reading the IC comments it was enough for me to have a dabble so will dig deeper over the weekend. Are you tempted then? My thanks again :-)
Cazenove Capital Management now have 15.17% of JSG!! that's a first I've not heard of any institutional investor taking such a big share before, correct me if I'm wrong.
Not that i have much confidence in this site but.http://quote.barchart.com/texpert.asp?sym=JSg.LS&code=BSTK. I do believe that a sp recovery is on the cards. This was £4.00 three years ago so even to get back to 10% of that this needs to double. Results look promising , debt is reducing and even a divi ?
perhaps the investors will follow in a week or two,
Have'nt been here since Nov 07 with a few day trades. This is back on an even keel. This has got to be good value if not now.over the coming months..The divi however small is good news..
JSG can go one of two ways over the next few dsya. The profit takers have had a good ride and may say enough, or the dividend may attract interest leading to big buyers buying in to an undervalued share. It will be interesting, hopefully some analysts will give us thier two pence worth as well.
jjb are rocketing so are yell etc and they are nothing special so come on jsg you just had good results wheres the rise. i don,t think ill ever work out the stockmarket its all bonkers.went in at 9p so can not complain i suppose but on good results hopefully will get more interset over the next few days and weeks. i have sold some stocks to early on odd occasions but not going to do that with this i shall be patient.
Good to see this climbing again, i dont think it will ever hit the low it has hit in the last year again, not sure how far this could rise in the nxt few weeks, maybe 40p in 12 months time? have been doing my research and getting my opinion out there.......
http://www.investegate.co.uk/Article.aspx?id=200909090700047350Y Great results and divi is resumed... heres hoping that we can break 30p today..
Showing a high of 25p today but not maintained it, hopefully tomorrows results will push this closer to 30p..
Commiserations. I hope this one can cheer you up.
sorry to hear that. Roll on Wednesday
Been out at a Funerel, a little sad.... Well this has kicked on today, lets see what the results on Wednesday bring.
One day prior to results and it breaks out - LEAKY?
Seems to have broken out.
9/9/9 let's hope it's as lucky as the results. Current L2 is 3 v 1
Still think Northgate is the tip of the week!
I don't get the printed version, online only. Perhaps they will archive it soon. Anyway form what you say it seems like pretty good news. At 5.5 pe there is lots of upside, it would indicate a trippling of the share price is possible.
Sorry forgot to say they are expecting to start paying dividends again, Johnsons shares are trading at 5.5 times predicted earnings. That I believe is quite good.
Sorry cant find one, But its inside the back page of the business section, cant miss it ... half page spred. It reads quite well...
No. I can't find any such article. Can you please post the link. Thanks
Did anyone read the article on JSG in the Sunday Times, Will possibly report an underlying 12m profit, Surely that should get this share moving in the right direction..
Nice to see 4MMs bidding for stock now.
