No Lockdown, amazing how they announce that at the lowest point -:)
German Foreign Minister Excludes National General Lockdown – Bild
Jet2 do not operate to Germany so the news that no lockdown there will not make a great deal of difference. However the lockdown in Austria will as they operate to both Salzburg and Innsbruck. Hopefully the restrictions will be eased in time to rescue some Christmas bookings. Imo
Bantam my point is the Algo’s reacted immediately to this news when it was announced , look at other travel stocks. Also no one in his right mind will go back to lockdown near Christmas and after all these vaccines
Austria to go into full lockdown as Covid surges

Drop drop drop buy buy buy...This is already undervalued. Good Luck.
Opex day volatility-:)
With this share I learnt to buy and forget . Have a nice w/e all
This share is going to rocket soon enough imo.
Iag will need an ri.
I read on advfn some koq called Fester sold at 1042 now robustly talking the company down...what a plonker. Lmfao
Sold out 2 weeks back at 1257, couldn’t resist jumping back in today at 1048.
you have timed that right mate
The rise of reopen stocks vs the fall of lockdown stocks, meaning the market does not believe there is more lockdown to come, just used the narrative to drop it. On Friday. I see also the us airlines finishing green despite the red index, good sign, plenty of upside from here still
Anti Viral tab coming next year will clear away most travel concerns when this hits the shelves watch all travel stocks soar folks.
Thinker, are you referring to the Pfizer pill?
Coz if you are, no it wont.
spoke too soon there Tra1, although this hasn't dropped as far as some of the others like IAG yet
blew past my limit buy that i cancelled this morning (luckily) problem is i don't have enough to invest where I want, I could do with averaging down in IAG too, and lets face it, if they announce any sort of knee jerk travel shut down over the weekend, both of these could fall further
I know, however yesterday I got this feeling that something is not right with the market, so sold everything before 4.30 and bought again today on here and #trn (more stable). Regardless of news both indices ftse and sp500 are approaching support/ bounce level, will see what happens on monday ready to add more if drops further then we get a rally before Christmas hopefully.
Could not believe it when I got 10 notifications on the morning on different stocks at a buy level I wanted, not enough money for all of them tho -:)
@TRA1
It was a surprise to see all the indices Down this AM, with the US shut yesterday. I had a clear out 2 - 3 weeks back, when the FTSE was heading up to 7400, as I believed we were due a general retracement. Today, I was like the kid in the candy store, picking up many of the stocks I sold out of at 20 - 30% discounts 2 - 3 weeks ago, and some new ones where alerts were triggered. The folks aren’t going to do well for Christmas presents though, as I’ve put way more than I should have on the stock market today!
The correction with the index was expected but the timing and the narrative? South African variant heh! Any excuse. Next week they will come with a different story how the vaccine is effective against the new strain

Heads up guys, futures opened all green, correction done and as nothing happened:-) green week ahead ATB
I said on 8th Nov tat this a great company but I wasn't sure which way it would go short term. I would take the risk of being out but that I would be back if it ever hit £10 again and here we are.
What a bargain!
Im sat divided, avg down in IAG or step in here
Here now 960 ish, no stamp duty:)market recovery today on the cards
