Primary Bid handled the PI raise.
If you didn't buy any through Primary Bid, you won't be getting an allocation.
Hi Peter. Thanks for sharing but I am puzzled - I own shares of IWG but haven't got an email from company about the allocation..... where should I find out? Thanks
£91m yep, he's confident.
correction....91 million.
That was quick. 300 just paid. Looks like 325p on the cards. Looks like City very pleased to see CEO putting nearly £200 million in to the company direct or via a vehicle.
Just through. Received most of my application. The CEO and related company and one other shareholder bought most of the new shares so not much left to go to instits. I guess they will buy these in the mkt up to 300p.
I got an email at 7:30 on my allocation and price of 2.39. Also rns is available on their website but not here.
I put my biggest order ever in for primary bid stock here last night. Billionaire owner. Big discount to where the stock was. Love the idea of buying cheap sites with the cash. Now we wait for allocation and price.
ORPH was 26% discount. TRX 76%. XSG 33%. DUKE 6%.
Never seen a blind one before. At least you know you will get the same price as the ii's.
But that is all you know.
Primary bid small print says price will be displayed after institutional bookbuild.
Anyone have any experience with this type of blind raise? I've not heard of this before. Is there any data on what sort of discount they usually come out at?
Primary Bid placing.
"We will tell you the price after it closes"
That's a new one. Blind Dutch auction?
no worries even CCL up 15%

I cant believe I sold out at £1.83. I wish I'd held out , as I bought in at £1.31.
Unsure as to whether I've well and truly missed the boat here.
Busted thru £2.
Touching £2.
Ticking up nicely.
Yes I also bought back in at 123p, wish I had done more now!
Here she blows.
Well Coronavirus cases are down 2 consecutive days for the first time in 2 weeks so you could be on to something
I bought in today at 1/3 of the previous highs seen this year. Long run confident this will be a big winner
Optimistic doesn't come close!
Surprised there's not more activity here. C19 is peaking in the UK and people will be getting ready to go back to their offices in a week or two.
As if Dixon didn't have enough shares. Having increased the share buy back has been buying millions himself> either he knows something we don't or he has lost the plot. How much dosh does he have to buy this amount of shares. He must have about 25% of the company now.
You should have waited until the share stabilised.
I hope you’ve put in a stop loss?
