I meant to buy in here today but was just too busy. Looking through the last few days comments now I can’t see anyone mention full year results seem due in the morning which would hopefully give a guide on q4 sales. Just going by last year’s release was 30th Sep.

Bobby, in the interim accounts the cash at the beginning of the period was 3.52m and the cash at the end of the period was 6.3m (see cash flow statement section). I don’t see any ambiguity.

Interesting fact (or not depending on your view). At last night’s closing EEE had a market cap > 1 bn Ozzie dollars for the first time. Might increase visibility further in that jurisdiction.

I have a genuine question on how you value the asset.

Say there’s a large water reservoir and only one customer. In a lifetime that customer might use 25% of the reservoir. So today you might give a good value to the first 25% but how much to the next 25% and the next 25% above that. The customer might find other uses for water or there might be another house built but you can’t guarantee that today.

So with our asset. It’s likely very large - many times bigger than the market would use over the next 30 years … so what value do you give to the excess ?

Genghis, I agree with you the board is a good place to have these discussions. And in the ‘absence of guidance’ we should continue to follow the information in the rns. So whilst you’re correct q4 sales can be anytime between oct and dec the offtake rns also states ‘ The Company expects to be cash generative by year end’ … that means receipt of funds not sending out invoices. It might not happen but that’s the guidance we’ve been given and should base our assessment on.

I think I saw an rns or interview where they said they were in the process of applying to increase their output to a limit of 400ktpa. So there appears to be production limits the state have to approve (probably to manage water usage, environmental impact etc).

Impressive. To get 10kt of washed coking coal per month they’ll need to mine 20kt per month (pre washed). So that’s ramping up 4 times current production of 5kt per month of raw material. Good to see an ambitious approach from management.

You’ve got to admit it’s not advisable to invest here until the next funding round is concluded (or market shifting news comes forth). That shouldn’t really be a controversial thing to say at this point.
