So why the downward trend? Any ideas folks? This has been so steady for such a long while.
What's going on anyone know?
They did one on 07 June 23. Don't know why this share price is drifting so much but then a lot of good companies' share price is doing much the same. IMO

FT Article
A group of companies including the UK coach and train service company Mobico has held detailed talks over launching a cross-Channel train service to rival Eurostar.
Other parties involved in the discussions include the Spanish Cosmen industrialist family, which is an investor in Mobico, formerly known as National Express, according to two people with knowledge of the plans.
The new rail service between London and Paris through the Channel Tunnel would start running as early as 2025, they said, although final details have yet to be finalised and could change. The consortium had held discussions with other investors over funding, they added.
The initiative would represent the first challenge to Eurostar’s current monopoly of passenger rail traffic linking London to major cities in Europe including Brussels and Paris.

Guys can anyone help and clarify what is about to happen? If there are no more offers, will shareholders be paid off at the takeover price of 14.15p or will there be exchange of shares in new company? Thanks for any info/opinions
Seem to be continual selling but I cant see why? Anyone got any idea?
Did anyone get any information on how the road surfacing trials went in the UK. Apparently the gov has cut spending on road maintenance by 44M per year for the last 3 years hence the terrible state of our road surfaces. Just thinking if GiPave did well then there may be some benefit from political pressure to correct this situation.
Trials have been ongoing since last summer apparently. This was on construction index publication.
"June 2022 - Nottingham Transportation Engineering Centre at the University of Nottingham has been working with Kent County Council (KCC) and its highways contractor Amey to assess the pros and cons of using Gipave to repair and resurface road pavements."
