Serious questions, does TB just need 50.01% to get re-elected or is there a minimum percentage?
Let’s suppose he wasn’t relected where would we stand as a company? What would happen then?
We all agree we want a change in attitude and communication from the board but what happens if TB isn’t re-elected would that place us in a worse position?
Thanks
Just copied off the BRH board;
I have lost all faith in Trevor Brown. Whether by design or default he has destroyed the company.... But he continues to make himself richer. Its us investors that always get screwed. I think its high time he stepped down and allow someone else to take over... Whoever takes over cannot be any worst than TB.
Not sure I need to read panicky cr*p from another board. Do I really care what someone on the BRH board says - not unless I now they are an accountant or work for a bank - I just don't need any more clumsy, ill-informed opinions (I have enough of my own). Its best not to read the opinions of other plonkers - keeping reading the RNS's - that is where truth is supposed to lie. Do your research - you should always research a CEO and the board before you buy in. Read the accounts. I make an effort to read the accounts even though I don't understand them. I still have a go. For this stock I will set a very low buy order - ready to add a few shares at the right price for me.
And if you have any questions about the company ask here - its clear are people who can answer. Or ask the company. You can email then. I have emailed this and other companies and received prompt responses to my questions - you can send an email to a CEO and you will, at times, receive an answer. I need a certain amount of clarity and conviction to hold a stock - and I have to know where to look to find that material.
Tyke. The end result of Trevor being voted out of nnn a few years ago was the company going bust. So yes it could be worse.
Hattie64 - another new poster springing to Trevor's defence.
What you say about NNN is true, it happened, but it was the scientist with the ip that asked the other shareholders to vote him out and we obliged and TB walked away. Unfortunately his replacement was a limp lettuce who promised the world and delivered nothing until the cash ran out.
But I agree with the sentiment it is a genuine dilemma - we have a MD who manipulates companies he is in charge of to always come out of it smelling of roses himself whilst the lth lose money but with the hint the big deal is always around the corner.
xviolet - I agree with your sentiments but if only things were RNS'ed to read and make valid judgements. Most of the info these days flows down via X, Linkedin or other social media platforms - the official methods seems to share very little info on a regular basis. We are always left looking for clues ourselves.
What is certain is the guys at IB are doing a great job ( just as GC was doing at NNN) but we need a MD to work for the shareholders as well as himself which many people are struggling to see at the moment. Trevor could talk to us and share his visions with us but I see nothing - only share price rises (after info only he knows is released) followed by his family selling.
I have a lot of skin in this game and genuinely don't know the answer.
Didn’t TB make money from NNN/RMS before he left?
To make money here he needs the sp to increase, that is what we are all waiting for. For him to succeed means we have the opportunity to succeed as well.
IB have proven technology which is selling, obviously not as much as we hope but the new code when we apply for it will help. In my opinion the value of the imaging side must be worth multiples of the current mcap.
What we are all gambling on is the drug trial. Will this become more valuable when we start phase 2. Will we actually need a phase 3 before we can market it? Fast track, EAP. ODD and PRDD and all the real world data etc. Plus all the possible tax breaks to other companies must be worth quite a lot of value.
Somebody somewhere will be eyeing this company up. What we need is two or more companies wanting to buy us out that’s when this could increase dramatically.
All my opinion of course but imaging technology proven and the FDA keep seem to be helping us on the drug side Would they do that if they thought the drug didn’t work or at least shown very promising results so far?
Thanks
Tyke - you asked about voting %. Yes, it is a simple majority 50.01% or above to be re-elected. Note that is the % of the votes actually cast for that resolution, not a % of the total voting shares in issue, many of which won't be voting at all.
For the special resolutions (5 - share buy-back and 6 - allotting new shares) it's a 75% threshold to cross for approval.
If TB is not re-elected then I'm not completely sure on what steps happens next and I don't know what Jersey laws may also apply here to the make up of the Board. I don't like guessing on these things so will leave that for anyone else knowledgeable.
Tyke

Well someone is dumping heavily so whats the betting we have CLN's at 1p before the next good news?
To make money?
I'm not sure it has to be related to the sp. To make money the company needs revenue from the drug/EAP and revenue from sales/contracts - all of that may/will come and happen. Just not quickly enough for those who bought in at a much higher share price. Which is a shame for them.
What a massive dump today. Is it TB up to his tricks???? this share has become un-investable. I’m sorry I did not sell and I’m so underwater that I can’t sell.
Maybe today is a practical demonstration that when the lth voice their concerns publicly we have a sign from God to show us who wields the power?
Agreed, more deliberate manipulation to satisfy the ongoing greed of a small number of individuals.
They have lost sight of the importance of the company’s IP. This could eventually be of enormous benefit to a large number of seriously ill people.
Instead of promoting and developing the company, these sharks are continuing to use it purely to increase their wealth. What sad pathetic individuals they all are!
Let’s see if we get a RNS concerning significant shareholders. Would TB risk that before the AGM or would it be deliberately delayed until after the AGM.
To make serious money the sp must increase. If he just keeps making thousands instead of millions from a bit of the recent shenanigans he will never make his next fortune. His percentage of the company remains the same unfortunately ours keeps decreasing. His value of the stake in the company stays the same ours decreases that’s the problem.

Thanks
I posted earlier about BRH and was told it wasn't too relevant but I disagree as it shows a pattern of behaviour.
They had sold a sector of their portfolio and the shareholders were waiting for a special dividend which never happened.
Instead the money was used to buy shares in Autins and now BRH has had its asset value trashed and its share price decimated. (sound familiar?)
The problem with 1 person having so much power in several unrelated companies is that they should remain separate but IQAI do not borrow money off the market like normal companies but from their MD (who decided that I wonder) so without a non executive Director to make sure their are no sleight of hand tricks going on is it any wonder people get suspicious?
Paladin,
They have lost sight of the importance of the company’s IP. This could eventually be of enormous benefit to a large number of seriously ill people.
I agree - if I was his age I would want to do something remarkable to be remembered in a good way (curing seriously ill people) and not play fast and lose with these companies - after all there must be a reason he chose Switzerland to live with their confidential banking laws.
Steve agree- as these investments written down could easily , by magic, be written up later. Too much power, too little oversight - lucky we are on the main board lol
Steve
Sorry. I didn't mean to sound preachy. And I didn't mean it wasn't relevant. I just felt the BRH poster was being 2 whiney. The pattern of funding for these companies is not a secret, its been going on for a while. And I don't claim to be that smart about markets and related stuff - I am just glad to see the company funded.
I think that’s the point they miss Paladin,
They think investors are aware of risks so tough on them! In reality we want the company to do well for the greater good and we hope to make some cash for our support. But TB thinks we are a vending machine and just have to get on with it!
It’s that behaviour that will never change. It’s why he hides under a stone and is just interested in what he can make rather than what we all can do!

Even worse it seems to have been mothballed and not actually doing anything.
Thanks

Wonder what happened?
RNS OUT

I asked the same questions a year ago
“This is a letter from the FDA
https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/cdrh_docs/pdf19/K191530.pdf
And it got the CE mark
https://www.fiercebiotech.com/medtech/stonechecker-gets-ce-mark-for-its-kidney-stone-analysis-software
So whatever happened to it?”
If I remember correctly Trek knew more about it, hence my believe it has been currently mothballed.
Thanks
Heading in the right direction for a change.

Did you ever get more info on the 15p a share takeover?
