Also Tyke, telegram would be the best option for private communication. I am in a telegram group for another share which seems to work very well.

Telegram offers better privacy and security for LSE PI discussions. Phone numbers can be hidden completely, whereas WhatsApp exposes numbers to all group members. Telegram uses usernames, making it easier for people to participate without sharing personal details.

Telegram also provides stronger moderation tools (private invite links, admin controls, easy removal of troublesome posters.)

For PI groups discussing public information only, Telegram is generally safer, more private, and easier to manage than WhatsApp. If someone knows how to do this please count me in. Thanks

The good:

IBAI is expanding by acquiring a company with real, patented biotech products (Kirkstall’s Quasi Vivo system).

Kirkstall has growing sales and potential in the US market, where IBAI apparently has relevant connections.

The cash outlay is small, preserving IBAI’s cash reserves.

The potential downsides:

Why would TB do anything to increase the share price before he has maximised his shareholding. That's what I would do.

Any genuine holders still not in this group. May I say after dithering for a couple of months not wanting to disclose personal info requested to join. I agree. I am applying for twice my allowance. This will reduce my average greatly for about an addition 10% of my present stake. It will also go a little way to stopping the delisting. I wonder how many other private investors are toying with the purchase of their allocated shares. There could already be enough of us who collectively will stop the delisting. We just don't know.

Tyke. The end result of Trevor being voted out of nnn a few years ago was the company going bust. So yes it could be worse.

Mr Costs how low are you hoping to get the share price down to. I am hoping to average down at some point.

Don't Dbay own 30%. They would do very well from a one off dividend.
