Seriously undervalued!!!
That's in addition to 5m already .
£22.5 mil new contract and the mcap is only £6 mil, rerate time!
Well undervalued
half a million bought pre market
ah you spotted that too !
the Board expects that both revenue and EBITDA will be lower in the second half of 2020 than that delivered in the first half. The internal cash flow projections show that the Group expects to have sufficient cash resources throughout the forecast period, however the levels of cash fluctuate and at times in the forecast period are relatively low. The continuing Covid-19 pandemic creates added uncertainties for the Group. Any reasonably possible deviation from the forecast cash inflows could result in the Group requiring additional funding.
The £22.5 million is in addition to the existing circa £5 million per annum of revenue contracted with the partner. The Contract was awarded based on the excellent service provided by IDE to the partner over the years together with a commitment from IDE to reduce the cost of services across the partner's customer base.
RNS OUT ! big contract win
How is this having PME when there are no trades
I was forgetting Cloudcoco when I last posted - I have always regarded that as a means of handing over responsibility for the previous company to a new management, who would hopefully make something of the MXCP shareholding.
Coming towards the end of the financial year for Íde now. They will report on that I suppose. Mxcp is tidying up, prior to finishing in 5 years. On a personal level, he and Wheeler will be getting the assets as cash back into MXCP over that period, for their payout. I do not know, but I seriously doubt they want the extra work and expense associated with a last listed company, and they will not be looking to raise outside cash. They have a lot to gain or lose with Íde though.
Ian Smith was paid a shed load of cash. I hope whatever he’s doing is worth it, and maybe, one day, when it’s positive news, he will report it to the LSE!
Mxcp reported. http://mxccapital.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/MXC-Capital-Annual-Report-2020.pdf
Nothing to take things further that I can see.
Management buying would be a positive sign, at this terrible price.
If the company is doing much better than the price indicates, after we are told something, then they may take it private, using the same story as MXCP. Alternatively, is there the possibility of an offer from MXLG ( original thoughts being that's where it would end up)
All rather in the dark here.
Yeah, nothing to stop this moving up now, next week is going to be exciting, I think this will keep going up now from this really low sp.
Have a good weekend all.
Not quite distressed, more sort of disappointed, myself.
Distressed seller out...showing the 9m sell from yesterday?
Yeah. Market cap 3m, that's madness. Hopefully we'll see some correction.
I think we're going to see a good rise here this afternoon, let's see as its dropped to this level fast and can go up just the same, gl
As its drop is rediculous, big bounce coming and big money will be made.
Doesn't make sense to drop down to this level, I just bought 3.5k worth and hasn't shown. Buys are going in and it will go up.
perhaps it's going under due to the weight of the debt, and the debt is owned by ... ian smith and pals at mxc so he gets the capital back but only via the mxc vehicle ... that was recently de-listed
Due to fees I'm down 100.4% LOL. Not my best investment choice.
I just about lost 95% here now with this piece of ****
