Currently contemplating a position here.
To confirm , theses are the guys - https://www.idegroup.com/ ?
I work in IT myself so understand their propositions and how customer centric it needs to be. You rarely see as good as score as this on - https://www.featuredcustomers.com/vendor/ide-group or on https://www.cloudtango.org/providers/3398/ide-group
Are Cortex a subsidiary of the group? Sorry, i have not even gone through RNS yet just wanted to get a feel for what they do.. Website is very slick.
And is this separate to the joint value proposal with Equinix?
The recent contract with , perhaps, Atos states - "The Contract was awarded based on the excellent service provided by IDE to the partner over the years together with a commitment from IDE to reduce the cost of services across the partner's customer base."
This is I believe a different partner to the one mentioned in 2019 - New partnership with a global IT services company, first project started post-period end in August.
So the question is ????? Who is this other outfit?
with a 22 million contract in hand this is just a re rate. No doubt by the time people realise it will be well over 4p and giving fair value. The herd are a long way off. Nice easy steps over the next few days i hope. Shares are short in supply.
Business continuity plans successfully implemented and remote working facilitated across the business in response to the COVID-19 pandemic
-- Revenue of GBP12.4 million (H1 2019: GBP14.7 million)
-- Gross profit of GBP3.1 million (H1 2019: GBP3.6 million) representing an improved margin of 24.7% (H1 2019: 24.4%)
even more hires - this time a partner (Atos) for Disney @ Bridgend. With Atos's move on DXC and IDE proving their worth with a longterm newly announced contract, I would think this is going to look very undervalued within the next 6 months.
Just a matter of time before the mms move this up and then the herd will arrive
https://www.consulting.us/news/5341/atos-puts-in-10-billion-bid-for-dxc-technology
Interesting. IDE are possibly subcontracted to ATOS & there have been links between DXC and IDE in the past.
good to see IDE are hiring once more.
The future is bright here at long last.
Added more sub, waiting for the next push to over 4p
someone bought ONE :)

" 12% is nothing. In profit each year."
haha sure..that nonsense made me laugh..cheers
Loss for the year attributable to owners of the parent company - (£8,656,000)
Loss for the recent H1 period and attributable to equity holders of the parent (£3,579,000)
I am loosing 95% on the S***t
Yes. MXCP will 'call the shots', whatever the future holds for Íde.
12% is nothing. In profit each year. Hold on tight for the next leg up
They have been obtaining loan notes rather than go for placings at a WHOPPING 12% interest +
"IDE now has £11.5 million of LNs in issue in addition to £2.55 million of unsecured, zero coupon loan notes."
The revenue is needed but the guys making the money are the money lending sharks , sucking the blood out of them...
Contracts are great ....but I would not want too much of my revenue dependent on one partner ....really needs spread across more clients..in an ideal world
-----
RNS Dec 2019...
The LNs have the same terms as those loan notes issued in January and March this year, being a term of six years (the "Term") and an annual coupon of 12%, which is rolled up, compounded annually and payable at the end of the Term. The LNs carry an arrangement fee of 2.5 per cent., payable at the end of Term, and an exit fee of 2.5 per cent., also payable at the end of the Term. The LNs are secured on the Company's assets and can be redeemed at any time at the Company's option, however, should the Company opt to redeem the LNs prior to the end of the Term, all interest due until the end of the Term will become payable, together with the arrangement and exit fees, upon such early redemption
Added a few more sub 2p. This one likes to move quickly
Not necessarily. As I posted before.
30th. Sept.
The directors have discussed the future cashflows with two of the Group's major shareholders who are represented on the Board and, furthermore, note the continued support of these shareholders. In reaching their conclusion on the going concern assumption, the Directors note and rely on the letter of support provided by MXC Capital Limited at the time of approval of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019 in July 2020, in which they undertake to continue to provide such financial support needed for continued operations for a period not less than one year from the date of approval of those financial statements. The Directors having made the necessary enquiries, have satisfied themselves of MXC Capital Limited's ability to provide such finance if necessary.
