My belief in Hurricane achieving its potential remains due to Kerogen which is no mug.
One would like to think so.
Hold on - what's that little gap up about...?
What's behind the 1p rise today - any ideas?
Maybe the MMs realize it's only a matter of time now before these shares are recommended and then PIs will be jumping on the bandwagon.
Looks like the bots have capitalised on the rise. Would be good if algo trading as well as shorting was banned.
Yes LW, I think the MMs are building a large long position to sell into the inevitable rise next year.
How would one know they are doing that?
Painful over i3e EV.
Dropped from 40p to 12p in a month. Ouch.
Anyway good luck with your investments mate

"I work on the Bleoholm, it’s no secret to anyone here, guys are pinning their future on the Bleoholm FPSO staying on station until 2030, the upgrades when required will be carried out with walk to work vessels therefore no need for dry dock! 100%"
Bleoholm / Bluewater.......Interesting. So you have a mate on the Aoka Mizu feeding you with info potentially.
I think the idea was that Dave (if that's his real name) was being passed with more than just offload information, that's what I felt we were being implied.
Mix a bit of real with the other and it's a toxic concoction.
Furthermore the report of trade is usually delayed hence the transaction price will differ from the live price giving the [potentially] false impression it was a sale when it was actually a trade at an agreed price. Similarly it could have been classed as a buy had the live price at the time have been lower than the execution price.
Roger. I was just however highlighting that when ‘one’ of the parties reports the trade to the exchange, the trade price will invariably differ from the live price (unless the SP hasn’t wavered much up or down which isn’t HUR just now as witnessed by recent volatility) hence it’s likely to be either above or below and hence reported arbitrarily as a buy or a sell when in fact had the trade been reported ‘live’ so to speak, it may have been reported as the opposite and certainly look out of step with the trades that immediately preceded or follow.
I cannot see the print but most probably a buy order worked over the day helping push the price up. There was a large sale order at 30.5 which was holding the price down.
Over on UKOG, the poster called Petercraigscot is again making things up about HUR, now joined by Argus1, who has posted a pack of lies.
It does make you wonder whether there is a plot to talk the share price down.
Why are these 2 bods posting om the UKOG board about HUR. Seems odd to me. Cant be bothered to read them, I've got a bit of paint I'd rather watch dry.
Night all
"Why are these 2 bods posting om the UKOG board about HUR. Seems odd to me. "
.... clarifying, not just them 2, few others too.... and obviously including beloved here 'fame' one.....JK01,
"Cant be bothered to read them, I've got a bit of paint I'd rather watch dry."
That is a valid point... which can't be missed !!!! Actually... Ignorance and cross-board disintegrity are the most common, likely thing to follow... are they???
... Therefore you should, If you just curious enough, do bother to read a bit of history so then you may realise that guite few of these guys may add up numbers correctly to certain degree!!!!.... Perhaps some are invested over here too?????.....
......and Now, Please imagine @@@@@@@@,... ' Obsessive troll ' keep coming here daily filling this board with garbage, enjoying himself the fight, satisfaing his own, big 'half empty' ego!!!!!
How would you feel as a investor?????
1.Happy???....or...2.upset??
I guess, most of us would poit on the second one???
Whatsmore...????
"Read my post elsewhere..."
"I did, JK1!"
Really??? ...and What?... hmmmm....Conclusion must be very constructive ???!!!!lol.
Robone, you need to lay off the sauce.
JK has been winding UKOG posters up for months. They’re trying to diminish him by pointing to his investment decision in HUR which at the moment makes him an easy target.
There’s no conspiracy against HUR from UKOG holders. They’re too mired in their own issues.
JK
He dips into the Eco board now and then on bad news too. Cant see the purpose of it really but good luck to him.
Well, I didn't expect to see a post full of drivel - from Robone - in response to my report about the lies being told about HUR over on UKOG, but now I see that Robone has been having an altercation with JK1 there.
Here's what Robone himself wrote there a week ago about HUR:
'... sp will fall to 20 or below...'
Yet on 7 November, he wrote about the price of oil, which obviously affects HUR's profits:
'... I can see 2020 as a turning point to the new level at $80 onwards in coming few years.'
His posts there are often derisive and abusive, so I'm not surprised by the comment he made about me here.
I'm adding him to my growing filtered list.

$66.17.have good new year
merry xmas.
Well it's the Christmas season so let's wish all shareholders in both UKOG and Hurricane a happy and prosperous New Year. From a Hurricane prospective, as the saying goes "Sticks and Stones..." and from where I am looking, there appears to be more carrots than sticks to worry about. We have generated $69M extra free cash flow in 6 mths at an average 13300 bopd. So next year at the forecast av 20000 bopd we can look fwd to annual free cash flow of $184M being added to the current pile of $150M giving a total of $334M. Now this gives a Price to Free Cash Flow figure less than 2! So I think we can afford to be magnanimous even to the detractors because whilst sp performance is temporary, class is permanent. Happy Xmas and New Year
It's always tempting to get into a debate along the lines of "my company is better than yours"
