I think it’s a great business but do you not think you are ramping it up a bit too much?
I think it will come good but still probably has to bounce around a little.dyo
Being filled now Auson along with the queue of hefty institutional buys on the book - yet again pi’s being mugged. Own it if you press sell when the signal is you should be buying up in stacks. It’s a no brainer!

Where are your chunky director share buys ! !
Another big buy order now filled plenty of them printing through gives you the real picture and why they pulled it back falsely under 1.30 !

IMHO DYOR GLA BUYTHEDIP and HOLD
Holders remaining steadfast they’re not letting go this low - on a bullish upwards trend now unless you’re certified I mean why would you! Chart targeting 1.55 now & gaps higher up to fill so

sharebel,
But that looked like some one scooping up the 100,000 sold just prior at 129.
I think this will bounce but due to the small amount of short interest I think it will take a little more time than the 2 or three days I have enjoyed with Fevertree.
Massive buy filled with the tears of silly sellers - this is one example of what your filling

Someone else pointed out fever tree. That was hit hard and is recovering again today, having bounced the day before. The markets can be brutal. That trading update was no car crash though. Yes they are giving up on foreign expansion in some jurisdiction, but the company is growing. Nothing is easy.
Yawn - oh by the way it’s now 1.33 to buy heading to 1.40’s and recovering value on yesterdays complete overreaction but you keep arguing away not sure why you’re not happy SP is rising and in recovery - news had clearly been out ahead of time so SP was already at an unprecedented low then they added an overdone drop. It’s not rocket science that this is a very strong buy for LTH and traders!

“So there's no need to create a sense of urgency, because there is no urgency to buy (or sell)”
This is what he/she does on every share I have seen them comment on; ramps/deramps endlessly in a panic state then disappears when outed. Their cronies will show up too soon. Best ignored.
Probably agreed a large order around these prices and need to hold it here to complete it.
Dimi - I have done my homework & agree this will rerate back but I’m not going to sit idly buy and let the MM here try and steal peoples stock with swiping tactics to panic them. The MM are being extremely disingenuous here that’s said politely! Level playing ground they are not making. Buy orders are and have been huge obviously it’s unprecedented bargain to buy anything even under 2.00 and when they can’t fulfil buys swiping it down not taking it up they demean markets and shareholders. Supply is out and demand is high. The SP should and will recover but MM are utilising this to their own advantage and that’s not what they are for or should be doing.

NT to buy not the time to sell 1.28 is now the real Bid about to let up!
IMHO DYOR GLA BUYTHEDIP
I’m getting offered the Ask over and over for my large holding what does that tell you chaps! Don’t throw away your positions on silly swipe downs - MM tussle they’re desperate for stock! Overwhelmed with buy orders to fill. Bless them.

Lots of volume still going through and very volatile. I would say very much overdone though, great brand and really popular. My baby boomer parents love the stuff and they wont be cutting back lol.
Sharebel, don't seem to remember you posting on here before yesterday. It seems to me you're a passing trader - for us long term holders it makes no difference whether we pay 120, 130 or 140 per share. We'll wait till it gets back to 5 quid and those 10p won't matter. So there's no need to create a sense of urgency, because there is no urgency to buy (or sell) here, especially if you haven't done your homework.
Furry I think you’ve just demonstrated very aptly you haven’t a clue coming out with that analogy - HC is nothing like that different times and different business all together. Yawn you should’ve bought yesterday it seems is all I can glean from your post so not sure why you’re bleating here today. Perhaps you might like to look at the massive load of ii buying that you can see being done.

Sharebel - I see another Thorntons on the cards. Higher input costs, higher labour costs, tightening of belts, discretionary spending. Had my finger on the buy button yesterday at 118 and held off, as i see poor results ahead especially when some of there chocolate is more than £1 each.... Teacher will need to settle for Milk Tray this year.
I can sell for more than I can buy - don’t get taken in - simply 2 MM in a tussle huge buys on books not sells!
IMHO DYOR GLA BUYTHEDIP
sharebel,
It doesn't look that way to me I think it might take a leg lower first, possible 114 retest.
Lol Market Makers yes buys flooding in and you swipe it down - your order book is full! If you own shares and you sell on such a manipulated swipe down then I have no words. I suggest you see the strength of buying here and fast.
IMHO DYOR GLA BUYTHEDIP
1.40’s imminent incoming buy pressure with orders flooding in
IMHO DYOR GLA BUYTHEDIP
I see the herd who missed this yesterday have turned up with their inane wisdom. Have they not seen the buying that was done on the knee jerk drop. This will be in correction mode today as so overdone here. Be fastest fingers first. No-one has got any to sell you guys now it’s all buys buys buys
IMHO DYOR GLA BUYTHEDIP
Simon, great post and just to repeat a point I made yesterday, research has shown that people are brought up with a 'taste' for chocolate and consumers in USA like the hershey tase not the UK taste. The american adventure was doomed from the start it just surprises me that the company did not already know that.
As for the sp, given the US bit was tiny ,the sp fall is way overdone and I added yesterday and will do so again today if the price remains this low,
