Just shows how good the Helix team is compared to Georgina's...really is night and day! Space is hot thou!
Art, thanks for posting. Good to know that Roy ( who is over 70 years now) will only stay on as a non executive director.
Good for the merger and Prospects that the Georgina ceo will continue in the position.
The company looks to have good assets and I agree could have listed on their own without any association with MMM and the baggage Roy brings.
I see there is a massive in-situ value (in excess of $100 Billion) being attributed to another Helium explorer - Georgina Energy - in a competent person's report issued prior to their RTO listing with MMM.

Personally I was hoping that Georgina Energy would have just followed HEX and done their own IPO. I'm not a great fan of RTO's, as they can often lead to an over-priced listing, nor do I see the merits of a Main Market listing when AIM is quite good enough for these low m/cap exploration outfits.
Still such a massive in-ground valuation certainly won't do the prospects here any harm.

.... and hoping the SP will soon be too.
My prediction is we'll touch 21p today
DYOR and GLA
Good mention and should get the attention of a few new potential investors . The writer is spot on imo as hex could have listed at 20p or possibly even 30p comparing to most peers .
Bo knows how the market works and instead of making it a lifestyle company he fully intends to make several million from making it a massive success.

So refreshing to see a company Tweeting on a Sunday evening! Nice little write up to...!
The UK has a population around 2 times bigger than the possums,so a bigger market.
and london's financing market,is in the top 3....so that's the best place to be,for funding deals.
but when it comes to geologists, ozzy land beats us,hands down.
for some reason,ours universities,dont do geology,like they used to,why i was a youngster.
Re link: looks like they're floating on aim, for all uts faults. Who can blame them. Asx hasnt done much for noble sp.
Roy Pitchford of Vast ( African Consolidated Resources)? I won't be investing in that company.
That old man ran vast for a decade and never achieved anything except constant dilution, consolidate then dilute whilst he was taking home a fat pay check. I was a vast shareholder under his leadership and vowed never to touch anything he ever leads.
Good luck there.
Totally agree Jeth....HEX seems a different beast with alot more to come very shortly it seems!!!
But it is impossible not to compare HEX with HE1 Iceman!
See my earlier posts
HEX is different
70/80m shares in public hands compared with a free float of over 3bn
Imagine if a fraction of those that haven't already switched now did so!
As mentioned there was a time to take huge profits on HE1
HEX now presents a second chance for all those that didn't!!!!
DYOR
£300k of delayed/unknown trades alone (black) yesterday yet lse saying only £120k of buys and sells.
You need to add scoping study that is mentioned in admin doc plus they have cash to fast track pipeline!! Sure Mr Sears will know of some top notch areas to cherry pick from with the war chest at his disposal!
Refreshing no raise due as fully funded to.
Dont like to compare HE1 as HEX is a different beast...however, HE1 ran to a 90 odd million market cap on securing a rig that took about 2 years to secure then raised at 60m market cap.....night and day! GLA and enjoy the sunshine
For me, that's a nice pennant presaging 27p then 30p. This is a fantastic company. The more I research the better it gets:
. Excellent, proven leadership with a sprinkling of stardust
. Anti-dilution.
. Excellent jurisdiction
. Helium fairway from Saskatchewan to Wyoming
. Basement rock uranium/thorium bearing
. Migration system
. Stacked and sealed gas reservoirs can be tapped with one drill
. Not handicapped with natural gas plant and economics
. Have a rig that leadership have used before and are experienced with
. On same continent as major helium demand which is growing
. Helium price has been increasing at CAGR 20%
. Distribution logistics/infrastructure readily available
Final top up for me next week because my float then fully committed. Surf this baby all the way to production and some.
It’s going to move slowly, but I’m the right direction.
The tweets are great, and will drive interest.
Friday PM doldrums in the market, everyone has gone for a beer in the sunshine.
No trades though - buys or sells - with only 2 in the last hour. It doesn't make sense.
It's a pity that the enthusiasm for watching this morning's tweet - now a staggering 1280 views - hasn't been matched in share buys. Unfortunately, the market seems to have dried up completely over the last couple of hours. Oh, and another 84 views of the tweet while I have been writing this post. Strange.
Personally, I'm surprised that the share price is still lagging and is even down 2.5% today. I would have thought that it would be pushing up fast into the 20p's and on towards 30p by now. But then I was posting to that effect for several weeks when it was stuck at 10p and it did finally get moving upwards but I feel that it is still short of where it should be at this stage.
That one little tweet, released at 11.56am, has already recorded over 500 views with the number increasing rapidly as I write this post. (It was 466 a few minutes ago when I thought to post and now it is 579).
For anyone who is still uncertain about committing the IPO presentation is worth a read. The link is below.

Looking poised to make its next move. Next week will be interesting! GLA
Hurrah, a new tweet https://twitter.com/wg_plc/status/1788844315193549151?t=CYKBfJtH2QTqWv-t-q5b0g&s=19
Would be nice to finish with both feet in the 20’s but it’s a turkey trot to end of May where I believe the SP will be North of 25p.
Ups and downs like any share but the trend is very much Up.
A great team, good ethos on finance and how to do business, what’s not to like.
