The hardcore shareholders on here might never have been in doubt. But potential new investors would look at the accounts and see the lack of cash. Something that people on here have previously mentioned about AFP. Now both companies look cashed up and ready to push on . Time to sign contracts and get the action going for both.
High chance!! Start of rerate too!!
Start of the news flow possibly?
Risk eliminated !! The spread is right 123 to sell 123.25 to buy…. Hmm let’s see this leave these prices behind once and for all!
Great new! No placings required for some time. Hopefully we will be generating income before too long as well !
Great spot!! here she goes then!!!
Never in doubt … thanks :-)
And there it is, great news.
Payment received!
Wonder if the other ‘actives’ who got approved at the same time as GLR have had the news published by their bosses?
Eggs and bacon and a cash receipt that’s vital to the company’s ongoing viability- very similar !
Great news on the license status 👍
Superb news! Great update. All happening :)
You would hope that as the actual September/October for full steam ahead was mentioned by the cooper lemon lady, this will not be some vague estimate of Colins, but actually multiple parties aiming for this for production.
Sure Irish.

Can you post a link so the naysayers and doubters can be re-assured ?
The Cadastre status has moved on again, from 'Approved for granting' to 'Active' and is showing as a granted license.
No longer in application status. Well done to GLR !
It will mean dilution at some stage but even with the 12% charge (not interest) and the 50% warrants a conversion price of 2.8p is at a good level compared to the SP last night.
I agree it is a bit tortuous but the conversion terms are good and it means no more Placings !!
AFP have anounced a complicated loan facility of up to 1.5 million
CB did say non payment would mean we would retain the asset and that the drilling programme would be scaled back
My personal view is due to not receiving an RNS then we should assume the money was received.
You are absolutely correct. No reason at all why an RNS should be published to state the payment has arrived. Next some folk will be expecting an RNS to say that CB had eggs and bacon for breakfast !!
Because it’s very material given our market cap of £12 million. This deal payment structure has been changed once already- nervous not hearing anything of a v significant payment from a company in a country that would be a bit of a nightmare to enforce in? Yup
Sorry for playing devils advocate but why on earth should we get an RNS to say we have received the money? I said this in July last year when we didn't receive an RNS to state we have received the shares. Shouldn't we only receive an RNS if the money is held up or won't be paid because that is a meterial difference to what had been RNS'd. Colin I am not expecting an RNS specifically on the money but maybe put a note in the next RNS probably concerning Luansobe to placate the nervous nellys
Chill, we’re all here for the same reason unless you’re not invested and just sad with too much time on your hands.
Each to their own and all that.
If CB pulls this off by end of year we’re all 👍
