Genl and gkp are completely different, gkp is all in here, cash vanishing. Though Genl have debt. Also Genl under 1 pound for some time
Itza, they’re on holiday, you won’t hear from them until late Aug/Early Sep.
'What would you have them say that they haven't already?'
'We're about to buy on the tip' would be comforting.
Genl down 3.2% GKP down 12%, says it all really, GKP has a lot of retail investors versus Genl’s institutions. If Genl was down a similar amount I’d be inclined to think there’s something very serious going on but, they’re (Genl) just tracking Brent and the general low mood, GKP investors are taking flight in panic.
The market has had enough and so have I now !!
40p share in 6 weeks if no pipeline open .
The BOD need to RNS something out ASAP ..
Ha ha putup, working for gkp, has just told us where they're at
It's a bed-wetting stampede, too many false dawn' and people haven't got faith in the upcoming meetings changing anything after so many promises. I'm not saying it will or won't, I hope it will! All it takes is a SP drop (which has been happening for a few days now on opening) and the avalanche starts, then the shorters, hoping to buy cheapest and the low life schadenfreude posters dive in to push it along. It's still a basic equation, will there be an outlet for the oil or not.
"Where do you see the next support if this level is breached?"
The price of the emergency rights issue
I said to myself, I wouldn't add until positive news, just broke that rule!
Panic selling by people that should never be involved in stocks.
(* stocks can rise and fall*)
The markets in general are having a bad spell but for every loss there is an opportunity to buy.
No profits next week or next month but time always delivers.
What would you have them say that they haven't already?
Poor old 111 not out and good night Charlie, they'll be stinging too. And me auld pal Bugsy. But Putup clinging on here on lse
The BoD should be writing an RNS as we speak. Simply not acceptable to remain silent with the SP in freefall. In fact, their silence is already unacceptable!
Says 1 gbp trades driving fall. Tiny volumes
Hard to understand price action... what is the specific news today or it is due to support breaking ?
Given the circumstances and situation prevailing today, what’s your take as to what benefit or contribution will be derived from the recent NED appointment please ?
Sold out - will watch from sidelines -biggets loss in 3 years for me....hope this recovers but becoming a risk of going bump overnigh with dodgy board.
C/eye,
Good points and well presented by someone from the coal face but, the ITP isn’t a part of these hegemonic politics, this is a regional dispute regarding regional issues; water rights, corruption and payment of dues. There may well be a “rebellion” against the US’s influence but, it’s not playing out in northern Iraq and eastern Turkey. All imo of course but, I’m sure someone will try to convince me that the west and in particular the US are evil because they (the punter) invested in a shambolic oiler. As PUTUP says there’s a bit of resistance around these prices and I expect a dead cat bounce later today, I’ll choose the best time to dump based on this.
Traders playground
