Hard to understand price action... what is the specific news today or it is due to support breaking ?
Given the circumstances and situation prevailing today, what’s your take as to what benefit or contribution will be derived from the recent NED appointment please ?
Sold out - will watch from sidelines -biggets loss in 3 years for me....hope this recovers but becoming a risk of going bump overnigh with dodgy board.
C/eye,
Good points and well presented by someone from the coal face but, the ITP isn’t a part of these hegemonic politics, this is a regional dispute regarding regional issues; water rights, corruption and payment of dues. There may well be a “rebellion” against the US’s influence but, it’s not playing out in northern Iraq and eastern Turkey. All imo of course but, I’m sure someone will try to convince me that the west and in particular the US are evil because they (the punter) invested in a shambolic oiler. As PUTUP says there’s a bit of resistance around these prices and I expect a dead cat bounce later today, I’ll choose the best time to dump based on this.
Traders playground
Not trying, but guess buyers r gone

Not looking at all good here, think it’s time to cut losses and leave with a shade of dignity. Can’t believe there’s sausages out there still trying to mitigate their dire choices by blaming some non existent geopolitical situation. You pays your money, you takes your chance.
Amazing how everyone gets out with a “small profit” before advising others to exit.
Sold some more - this will be under £1 before the end of the week.
PIs - last chance to bail potnetially with oil falling
Well, I was initially wrong as well. Had a brief dalliance with Genl, took the last dividend and a small capital gain and ran.
Clearly the politics are complex, bitter and could go on for a long time. By Christmas GKP ought to have attempted serious financing deals or it is junk bond time or another dire D/E swap.
As posted before Genl could help but it's up to them and you would still have a valuable company (if the pipeline reopens) with >500 STB reserves.
Where do you see the next support if this level is breached?
Back to (weakfish) technical support levels
But tick tock tick tock
The reality is what I said day 1: Russia, and China, have united the world to take out all Anglo Saxon/Zionist interests as they see it. They have presented a multi polar world to the world and the world want to try it. We are a blip in the ocean. I'm down another insane heavy 6 figures. I held, and I knew all this. That's how hard it is to follow one's gut: makes winners from losers
To pick up and keep sp about 110p, the BoD should announce and use funds to do a share buyback!! Give some trust and backing back!!!
Really appreciate your response
I actually do believe they thought it would be settled very quickly - that, after all, is what the MNR were telling them.
Their lack of knowledge and deep understanding of TR:Iraq:KRI issues is lamentable.
ALL of these small "upstart" oil company bosses are greedy - it goes with the territory.
As I said, they now have to be very careful otherwise the stool might be kicked aside, the noose will tighten and ....
That is exactly what they should have done but greedy and overly optimistic - coudl be a ploy just to rape the company and hang investors out to dry. Not being negative just realistic
