Absolutely, more than happy to come over Godalming way when its ok to do so. Anyone else in Sussex is also welcome to join Max and I at the Sloop in Scaynes Hill.
Hopefully there will be more to talk about on this board about drilling results soon. Otherwise its country pubs and sailing!
Tigger, Mush, Jerry, VS, Max et al,
Think in a previous Drinks convo, I mentioned the Harrow Inn at Steep.. but the Stag On The River in Godalming is an excellent choice.. Actually any Pub right now would be nice, especially one in a lovely part of the world, full of the GGP Crew.
I sincerely hope that PG and Magic, Sclm and any of the other excellent contributors can join..
Stay well folks, hold for gold...

Morning Max. The Sloop is about halfway I would think. When they let us in the gardens we should have a glass or two.
Haha also West Sussex, small world.
Hi Viking
Yes, used to drink in the Bent Arms, not been there for a couple of years though.
The Sloop Inn, just outside Scaynes Hill is pretty good.

I’m in Uckfield, only a letter away! My partner lived in Cuckfield as a teenager, (Barrowfield) as did her parents until their death.

I'd happily buy the second round given a major SP increase. Would be a nice idea to celebrate!
spend spend spend (once we have it ) Mushroom Kid....if nothing else CV19 has shown us all just how short life can be!! We also both have a wipeout divorce behind us, so being careful has become a boring but necessary way of life....all things come to those who wait!
Thank you Costa. Actually, I tend to use the park4night app. Absolute Godsend when travelling up from Portugal recently. However, I'm only 'kidding' ref the motor-home requirements. I will either come down in the ageing VW Golf or more likely, (in celebration of course), some new Carlos Fandango electric vehicle, bought with £50 notes. Not because I prefer cash you understand but simply so I can strum them like a pack of cards before paying with a ****y look on my face.
Isn't this the cue where some killjoy posts up'"Ooh you shouldn't be spending it before you've got it.."? Bah.
Hi Max, I am in West Sussex near HH. Actually Cuckfield. Where are you?
Hi Tig
Count me in! I’m in East Sussex nr Hayward’s Heath, so not too far away.

Ah bless, they’ll carry their own cash....
I’ll have a dude in a suit carrying a brief case handcuffed to his arm. HA!
Love to join you Tig. I'm about 2 miles from there.
You old skinflint Mushroom, - you will need wads of 50's to join our elite company. Tenners ?? - you avin a laff ?? )
Tig
Tig old bean, I would be delighted to join you, hopefully with a wad of tenners sticking out of each pocket. Do they allow old motor-homes in the car park though?
Tiggerman, I live in Surrey and would love to celebrate if welcome. It's good to know all of that and I will be sitting on hands as well as muttering the Greatland Prayer I loved so much under my breath, for good measure! See you in the pub I hope!
Ha ha.....me three!!! Let's hope it eventually translates from the head to the bank balance!:-)
GGP is an AIM exploration company and only basks in the shadow of NCM as far as the SP is concerned.( at the moment )
All of the essential ingredients that will send GGP rocketing are there on the sidelines , and once the hard factual data hits the fan, it will all happen in spades , ( or diggers, or declines, or whatever.) The remains of 2020 are going to be interesting and very rewarding.
Brilliant NCM drill results on 11th June will kick off the upward SP trend as the true values of NCM / Hav potential start to hit the headlines.
Good Scallywag drills will generate very good SP responses , as GGP will be 100% owners of what is perceived as a Havieron PLUS - PLUS ????? , and the Havieron calculations will be easy to apply in terms of buy out values with NCM or on the open market ( $$$ billion plus ).
Then the MRE for Hav in H2 this year will crystallise and provide another more accurate related calculation of value for the 25% / 30% portion owned by GGP ( maybe another 1$ billion ).
Add in a few thoughts on CU, Black Hills, Warrentina, and the rest and you are looking at a very good Xmas. A very, very good Xmas.
I will be offering to buy in the first round at the Stag On The River in Godalming , probably in November / early December,
should anyone want to join me.
Patience all. It will happen.
Tig
Fair play panama and thank you for your kind words.
I have thought about allocating a small amount of my stash of cash to day trading but haven't really set myself up mentally to do it.
Currently, I'm spending too much time working out what I would do with a boom here. All very exciting!
There's often no rhyme or reason, but I think Buffett was almost certainly spot on when he said to not budge, not trade and forget about it for as long as it takes! Be nice to have that kind of nerve all of the time, but at times I fail to. Not in this share's case though.
It seems like a stock that deserves to win somehow.
I have gave up trying to to time the stock market or even guess what it will do. For instance I was fairly sure it would totally crash and take a long time to recover which is why I looked at investing in gold and found this. However after the initial collapse it has rallied back which I still scratch my head at. I still think it will collapse as more businesses start reporting losses, going bankrupt etc. The fed printing more money could cause the dollar value to fall and shake confidence. Then again I could be wrong.
I do agree Mushroom Kid (and btw love your style of quirky writing as I am a bit of a writer too on the side :-))
I trade with other companies on volatility, for income reasons, but with this one, I've made many purchases and not selling until the time is right (ie t/o or long term news). It would be extremely welcome given a wipeout financially, but I won;t budge as have faith in it and the stars all seem aligned which is phenomenal.
Think I'd shoot myself if I was out when the perfect moment finally strikes!!!!
panama, I'm convinced that the market is influenced by the most inane thinking. E.g watching other shares starting to rise after having invested here during a lull period, could prompt some holders to sell GGP and move their money 'temporarily' towards another opportunity.
It just isn't worth it. Can you imagine if a piece of news came in and the share price shot up first thing in the morning? How would you feel? You'd feel like you had just burnt a winning lottery ticket! Yet it must happen to countless investors who snap up a 5% gain here or there but miss the jackpot through impatience.
Thank you Trucky. Appreciated, and yes agreed. I wanted to find a company like GGP and on research in January was lucky enough to find this and thrilled to be here and rooting for everyone. The research and camaraderie is astonishing and a pleasant change after some of the companies in the FTSE 100 I am more used to!
Yes it underlined proof they're all waiting for, so all is crossed!
