Joe Bass is just another “sky fairy”. We are asked to take everything he says with zero evidence of his background. He’s just another snake oil salesman, who having already been priced to be a charlatan, has now reared his head again with more of his prophesies.

Some people are prepared to believe whatever fits in with their own narrative. Wise investors need opinion backed by evidence. The more outrageous the claims, the less likely they are to have any validity.

In my humble opinion, if Joe Bass is proved right about Scally he will be proved nothing more than a stopped clock.

To put it really simply, when you buy shares, you own a proportion of the company. The dividend is your share of the profits that the company is not hanging on to for reinvestment.

I’m with you on your enthusiasm for the Juri JV. My main reason for this enthusiasm is that it lowers risk and brings rewards faster.

When people start to talk about “giving away” 75% it just amuses me. Those people clearly have no idea about how this business works.

The vast majority of investors are really over obsessed with share price, which imho is far less important than risk if considered in isolation. If you have the recoverable resources you do everything to reduce risk and get it out of the ground by the most cost effective method. The share price will take care of itself.

Excellent summary of where we are now. Imho if we had announced some sort solution where we were going to mine these tenements ourselves it would have increased risk massively. The market hates risk, imagine what that might have done to the share price.

Unbelievable arrogance of some people here. Just ask yourself how you can possibly in a position to criticise a deal, when you have no details of the negotiations. Are you an expert in company law? What are your connections in the industry and in international corporate finance. We employ GH because he has all these skills and a lot more experience besides. I certainly wouldn’t dream of sticking around if I thought this was such a bad deal, and by implication GH lacks competence.

So if it’s such a bad deal, sell up tomorrow and burger off. There are enough II out there who will suck up those shares. Leave the rest of us who trust GH enough to accept that he got the best deal possible in peace from your incessant complaining.
