Utilico Insights - Jacqueline Broers assesses why Vietnam could be the darling of Asia for investors. Watch the full video here.
You might laugh city, but that happens all the time, so building an investment case on someone else's supposed due diligence is something only a fool would do.
trust me, I am a fool!
Due Diligence, can be anything from a chat over a beer, to a six month deep dive. (or more)
hmmmmm
Give it time, MOS will buy it.
And apologies for the poorly written message. Walking the dog in the dark.
I did join the dots. And this board are all in cahoots with one another with their associates and companies.
Give it time, and one of them will get a lump sum for “ proprietary software”.
This share is a dog I’m afraid, and the board need ousting for incompetence
They can’t even make up their me nd what the. Business model is, it’s USP is that they keep changing there mind. Hahaha.
Knows different.
= has inside information.
Or else it should be public knowledge…
So you either need to spill your guts, or we get to drag the company through it, finding it out. As I’m pretty sure insider info is frowned upon.
Right?
So this is what the great things are coming comment was about.
We must be due another change of business model soon.
No, wait, they need to pay for another take over first to furnish their pockets again.
Is this a rinse and repeat? I don’t need to tell you how stupid I feel again, as you have heard me say it so many times…
Anyone got a link for watching the AGM? It’s 2024 surely they are not holding this behind “closed” doors are they?
Callum is back to GGPHelp TV for another chat.
Enjoy.

Thank you all for the feedback.
I’ll never be parky, 1/10th of his performance/presence would be a place I would be proud to be.
I am me, and I’m doing my best,
Cheers.
You could get shares on the day of the placing for less than the placing price...
Over 200 jurisdictions in this world....
The Portuguese registry drew a blank, - possible not getting the right search term.
https://eportugal.gov.pt/en/espaco-empresa/empresa-online/pesquisar-nomes-firmas-ou-denomina%C3%A7%C3%B5es-existentes-na-base-de-dados-do-registo-nacional-de-pessoas-coletivas-rnpc-
as did Jersey, Malta, and Mexico. (linked in shows valetta)
Isle of Man has one. https://services.gov.im/ded/services/companiesregistry/purchasefileanddocumentlist.iom?BusinessEntityId=531637 - but no proof if it being linked, thanks to it being an offshore location. if it is Cavendish Trust, - the only names will be that of the people who work there, and not the names of the people we are looking for.
So right now, the company as listed on the RNS, only appears in a google search under the London register.
https://letmegooglethat.com/?q=WA+Technology
unless we are talking about WA Technologies in Fort Lauderdale?
We do of course have the Data controller of WA Technologies (website) listed at the same address as the one on the website. and they are on the Port. Registry. - "Tabelimperdível Programming Activities Informática Unipessoal Lda"

That said, if Heapseal is right in the information provided below regarding Quanta, (and i remember seeing that name), something needs to be asked of the company, on why they are still using these people, if indeed something went awry in the past, even more so.
I tell you, every one of these plays,/deals that sound amazing are all interlinked with "mates/previous companies that we have had dealings with. - Now he (Scoffman) may or may not have a viable business that can help turn a profit. but it still stinks regardless of how you want to dress it up.
We should be using the best service that is out there for us. I would be inclined to ask how many other companies were considered for this partnership first.

Tim Scoffman, The same guy that owned Scores. - The one that the CFO (Sri "Rama") was also a director on prior to being bought. - makes me feel uneasy that it is the same people over and over, and I have voiced this to the company.
Seems however that they own BRBet. - *brazil Bet, so not the first rodeo in running a sports book...
https://brbet.com
I read it as Mexican. - The Mexican Subsidy is buying into a Mexican company.
My research proves nothing, so do not twist it to suit your narrative, please.
If anything it's proved enough to me to not want to be invested here anymore. I have listened to enough BS, my £5000 has become £600 and for some stupid reason, I cling to the hope of seeing .04 again so I can bail on this dog of a share.
This is a joke, it flits from one thing to another, chasing dreams, - the only person who makes money on this are the ones that are tied at company houses. the likes of Sri. have done very very well out of this with the companies he is listed with.
This is nothing more than another hit-and-hope play, that someone has dreamed up, for another vehicle to make money from. watch as MOS buys yet another company owned by Sri down the line. with yet another raise undoubtedly.
And no, I am not Citi... I regret the day I listened to him championing this share as he continues to do so, as all I have done since listening to him is lose money. I should blame myself, but I hold him responsible and treat every word posted with contempt, regardless of whether he is telling the truth or not. and every time we cross paths, he and I get into it.
He could be a top bloke, but I have lost a lot of money due to his words, and that is a tough pill to swallow.
PS, think about it, "Football owners own betting Companies". - are you serious? That is not grey at all, is it?
That's a Match Rigging Scandal waiting to happen.
I have just spent an hour or so doing my research.
MOS has partnered with someone with whom it has links on previous transactions (Krunchdata and Scores) ( via Sri) who has links to Timothy Scoffman of WA Technology. between themThey have put between than some £1m to acquire 10% of Capital Media Group.
Looking at them, (if it is the same one https://capitalmedia.mx/)
They are based in Mexico City, possibly next door to Google Mexico (C. Montes Urales 425, Lomas - Virreyes, Lomas de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo, 11000 Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico)
https://www.capitalmexico.com.mx From here, you can see the Estadio links (translates to Stadium)
https://www.capitalmexico.com.mx/category/estadio/ and also
https://www.estadiodeportes.mx/ - This has links to another betting company and has 123k Facebook followers.
Most websites off the main one, are fairly amateurish in build quality, built on a WordPress platform (not what one would expect for a major brand). but, if it works... One should not judge...
Then there is also the who.
Ernesto Tinajero Flores is 50% co-owner of Necaxa, The other is the club itself (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Club_Necaxa)
Ernesto Tinajero Flores owns 100% of Alante Football Club (not co-owner per the RNS).
and Ramon Neme (Jai Alive Entertainment). https://www.linkedin.com/in/ramon-neme-b0801a93/?originalSubdomain=mx - https://jaialive.mx/
I hope this helps someone dig about.
BR
You are right - I went down a rabbit hole, The link was Mr T Scoffman, and he is linked to Sri via scores
