Regarding the interview, I set up an email address for all platforms to use to email so that there was no way prejudice can occur from where a poster is based.

When you hit the lows, and panic starts to rise there’s a lot of concern that follows. There is little point on focusing on negative elements when people start getting concerned over the share price, When we know what lays ahead of us. Being negative helps fudster a push the narrative at that time. I have no issue in discussing negatives, but in a constructive way.

I care for every shareholder regardless of where they read, so I’m quite upset that once again, you are having a pop at me in public when you could have easily sent me a direct message.

I am writing in total disgust at the amount of fake & misleading information you are promoting on behalf of Laurence Strauss- Truspine Technologies PLC.

It is clear that you have not done your due diligence before taking this client on .

I write as a substantial shareholder in the company and also involved with a large number of other disgruntled stakeholders.

The information that you have released is misleading the market and shareholders. It is clear that the IP is legally contested and until such court action Truspine DO NOT have clear title to the IP of cervilock.

The rest of the interview by Strauss was lie after lie. The truth will be revealed and as a result it will have a major impact on your reputation & your company going forward.

I would suggest you cease & desist from any further fake announcements to the market, otherwise you will face legal challenge. I will also put you on notice that your company has been reported to the FCA due to your conduct.

1. TSP own the IP

2. LS has been parachuted in

3. The Americans are responsible for draining resources, are greedy and want the IP

4. Soon as the GM is over he will refinance the business

5. Secure FDA approval and monetise the IP

Whereas:

1. TSP has only ever had a licence for the IP, and we have seen emails where this has been rescinded for TSP failing to meet the conditions of the Licence. We have seen emails from Roberts and Lott to Boehm asking him to transfer title in the US. This has not been done.

As has been said, whoever wins this battle for the IP through the Courts after some years legal wrangling, is academic … because TSP will be in limbo until this is resolved. And actually, in Administration very swiftly. THIS IS a CERTAINTY with the current BoD,

Frank Boehm has said countless times, he will resolve the IP as soon as Strauss, Lott, Roberts, Unwin et al are removed from the Company. This of course, may not happen but it is the ONLY possible way of uniting the IP with TSP in the near future.

Current BoD = definitely lose IP

Replacement Bod = chance of uniting IP

To improve the chances of uniting the IP, we are recommending the future UK directors outnumber the US directors while the IP negotiations take place.

2. LS has not been parachuted in. He has been in the background of TSP for a number of years and introduced Annabel Schild to the Company. There is an allegation that he creamed off substantial commission from her family’s £1.3m subscription.

We also know subscription moneys were paid to Copian Capital Limited and other companies, rather than being paid directly to TSP. None of these intermediary companies are regulated.

FLV investors paid their subs direct to the Company.

3. A lot of money has disappeared from TSP or not made its way in to the Company’s coffers. Look at the £414k that was written off and disclosed in the Admissions document. Shaun Smith was a business partner of Mike Unwin and they wrote this sum off. This is but one example. This is why FDA has not progressed. TSP has not paid its vendors to release vital data.

The Americans do want to progress FDA. That is for sure. They see it is not happening with the current BoD and want to control it themselves. The Requisitioners control c.19% the shares whereas Strauss and Lott do not.

We prefer a balanced approach of directors but to get rid of the wrong doers.

4. LS cannot possibly refinance the business without resolving the IP. This is a lie.

5. LS cannot possibly progress to FDA approval and monetise the business, without finance (about £6m) and resolving the IP. This is a lie.

WHETHER OR NOT YOU BELIEVE STRAUSS AND LOTT DESERVE KNIGHTHOODS, THE COMPANY CANNOT PROGRESS WITH THEM AT THE HELM …
