I can agree with that, I have seen some discussion on it being possible that in the case of a shortfall, those term sheets are already good to go as and when needed to back it all up - obviously a pinch of tymers is required. but I think its highly likely with a team in place that we have, that it will all move rather quickly when it does.

You are missing volume as the active ingredient, you need a catalyst, be it EUA moving, 5% landing, a II buying a bunch of shares, or sadly those pesky shorts selling more. (which the tend not to do after a rebalance -if previous history is to be used as a guide).
